Wonderful!!!
One if the most comfortable sandals I own. Fit it true to size. I think the ankle strap problems others have had could be that they just have big ankles!

Great Shoe
I find these shoes awesome, the straps are perfect. The shoe bed is great, it feels like my Orthotics inserts, giving my foot the needed support (avoiding the flatten instep)..
The color is a true red.

Ryka Missed the Mark
I was thrilled this shoe came in wide width and I loved everything about it on it's presentation; however, when I received the two pair I ordered the ankle strap just barely would fasten. My ankles also swell some in the warm weather therefore I knew I would never be able to get them to fasten at all when that happened. If Ryka could take that strap back to the drawing board this would be the perfect shoe for casual wear in the summer. Based on this I have sent both pair back.

Love The Look But....
I really loved the way these sandals looked, but the some of the other reviews are right when they say the foot bed is hard. I own other Ryka sneakers, etc & they are all very comfortable, so I was very surprised at how uncomfortably hard these sandals are. I also have arthritis in my big toe and the strap cuts right across where I have the most problems. Too bad because I really loved these Sandals. Hey Ryka? Soften the foot bed!

Love these!!! fit wonderful and instant comfort. I do have small ankles so they work for me. They do make a noise.

Very Dissapointed
I normally don't do a review of items that I have bought, but this time I decided to. I received these shoes today very comfortable if you have a narrow foot. I ordered wide received wide and almost half of my foot hangs over the side where the arch belongs. and the ankle straps are way too short and up to high. I have ordered and bought plenty of shoes by other companies on this site and never had an issue until these. I gave my pair to my mother who just loves them, but do to bad back problems has to wait till someone can help her due to the shortness of the strap.

HORRIBLE ANKLE STRAP, NO ROOM
Just received these sandals, I loved them, UNTIL I tried them on. At the toes you give us ample velcro for adjusting worked wonderfully. Then tried the other closure at the ankle. At the closure around the ankle is so small no room for adjusting, in the heat we may need to open up a little extra room for swelling. YOU GAVE US none. What a shame if you could make these for larger adjustment, I would buy 2 to 3 pair, What a shame.

Disappointed AGAIN
Wish I had read through the reviews before purchasing these. Granted they are cute and I wanted something with an ankle strap since I can't wear slides or mules at my job. As others have stated the toe strap is a good length but the ankle strap is way to short to be comfortable. Guess the people representing the Ryka company on-air are not wearing these shoes in a wide width. Back they go and to bad for anyone returning to have to lose our money on shipping charges.

Comfortable and More Stylish Than Expected
I got these on a Friday, the day before we were going on a short train trip with my three-year-old granddaughter. I usually wear shoes around the house for quite a while before I wear them out to test the fit and comfort. They seemed good around the house on that one day, so I decided to take a chance and wear these as the only shoe on a trip. I rarely do that. I spent two days chasing a three-year-old around in them. They were secure on my feet, and I pretty much gave no thought at all to my feet, meaning that they were very comfortable.
I got the green, which is a really hard color to find in a shoe, and I am very happy with the true green color. I thought looking at the website and at the TV that they looked a little "clunky," but actually they are nicer looking than I expected. They are not dressy shoes, but they do have more style than I had expected.

1st Ryka Shoe... disappointed!
I really was excited to get this shoe! There are 2 issues. First, the straps are way to short. When you order a 9W you would think the straps would be longer. Secondly, as another customer stated, when I walk they make a disgusting noise... people may think I have a gastro problem! They are going back tomorrow.

Ankle Strap
Received today, 6/11, going back tomorrow. The ankle strap is too short. Why do they make the strap across the toe long, and the one around ankle so short? I am a 10W and on the larger side. Would have loved to keep them, but unfortunately, back they go.

Didn't work for me
These are really cute in an old lady sort of way but the ankle strap is way, way, way to short.. I really wanted to take them on vacation but have to send back instead.
