Beautiful soft leather, pretty colour
I love the colour of this bag - an orangy poppy. The leather is luxurious and soft. It is a larger bag and slouchy - not for gals who like stuctured bags. The hardware is very smart looking. I have had lots of compliments on it. I feel like a million bucks carrying this one!

Not A Good Value For Price
Some of my favorite purses have been Maxx handbags, so I was glad to have a chance to get this one. I realized it was a lot more expensive than others I had ordered from QVC , so I was expecting a good bag. This one missed the mark for me. I liked the outside slip pocket a lot and the inner fabric lining was attractive. But the mocha color is not a warm color at all and does not showcase the leather well. The zippers are cheap and I can't imagine they will hold up under heavy use. The real problem though was the movement of the interior fabric. It didn't seem that it was stitched to the purse and swam loosely in the large interior. I didn't even take off the paper coverings on the hardware and stuff - it is going back in the morning. I realize Maxx has not been a regular on QVC for a long time - and am thinking this was a leftover bag that was returned by others.

Shoulder straps are turning color!!!
I purchased this bag in black as a gift for my best friend. After carrying the bag everyday for only 6 months, the topsides of both shoulder straps are turning BRIGHT RED!!! When I say topside of strap, I mean the side NOT worn against shoulder. It actually looks like the straps were orginally red then painted black, and now the black color is fading away. I own several Maxx New York bags, some of which are at least 10 years old if not older. I purchased 1 black bag and carried it almost daily for 2 years straight, then purchased another black bag and carried it for 2 years daily as well. I have always loved Maxx bags because I didn't have to baby them & they still looked great after years of daily wear. I own at least 7 Maxx bags and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of leather, style & durability until now. In the past I seem to remember Cherie Christmas saying the leathers were, "drum died." The Leather used in these straps is apparently not. My first disappointmnet from Maxx...and I gave it as agift.

Beautiful!
I purchased this bag thinking it was red but it's a deep orange. Even though it's not the color I wanted, I will keep it cause it is so beautiful. So soft, roomy and very well made.

Love this!
I bought it in mocha, and it is stunning. It is more sophisticated than some of my other bags from QVC. The shoulder straps are a very good size, and the East-West dimensions are perfect. It is roomy, with a nice depth to it. The leather is soft and rich, and the hardware is understated and elegant.

Leather is soft and supple!
I LOVE THIS PURSE!! I ordered the poppy and it is a beautiful shade of orange, perfect for summer and fall. The leather is so soft and supple, like butter. The size is perfect and tons of pockets. The lining is a great striped cotton. This is my second Maxx purchase and I will definitely be back for more!

I just received this in the poppy. OMG what a beautiful, soft bag and the color is just lucious. I have now ordered the mocha. My first MAXX.

BEAUTIFUL BAG
I am very fussy with my bags. Usually Coach,Michael Kors. First time with Maxx. The leather is amazing...buttery. The bag is roomy,yet not heavy and has a few outside pockets that are a "must have" for me.I can place my work ID,cell ,etc. I got the mocha and although a little lighter in color than pictured,I love it. Would definetly recommend this bag.

STUNNING!!
May I be among the first to go bananas about this bag! Got the poppy! It is so, so beautiful, so, so well made. Nice big bag but the east/west means it doesn't overpower. My compliments, Maxx New York! I wanted this color and knew this was the bag for me the minute I saw it!
