A Petite Maxi that's the right length!!
Being a petite gal (5 ft), I've been frustrated with the length of most maxis that claim to be petite. I usually have at least 3 inches of material dragging on the ground, meaning the garment is made for 5'4" and up. Not this one! I put it on and held my breath, expecting it to hit the floor but it didn't. It came to my mid heel. I like things ankle length so I washed and dried this dress, shrinking it another 2 inches. Its now perfect with flip flops or heels! The top of the dress gives excellent bra coverage. It does fit a little high into my arm pits with a slight gap but nothing unflattering. Love this in Navy. Can't wait to style it with belts and scarves. Would love more colors, maybe a red or spring green?

Very Disappointing
The material of this dress was very poor quality and the fit was even worse. It was very boxy around the chest and there were large gaps in the fit around the underarm area. Sending this back!

Very cute dresses!
Even though I'm 5'5", I had to order these in the petite size because the regular size was almost touching the floor. I also had to size DOWN. I read the reviews (after ordering my regular size) and then I re-ordered down a size and in the petite. They are perfect! They are really cute dresses and can be dressed up or down, depending on what accessories or jackets/tops we wear it with. I love the material - cotton - and I don't have to wear a slip with them. I ordered the navy and the tangerine and the tangerine is not a flashy orange - it's more of a soft coral. Very very nice! I love them!

I Love this dress i own two of them The white and tangerine in petite small i am going to go back and order the navy.These dresses are so soft and comfortable. I get compliments every time i wear them .

cute,but oddly shaped!!
I am 5'3' so I ordered a Petite Large. It was WAY too long and the neck line too low. The arm holes seemed to flair out. Sorry..back it went!!!

cute maxi
I am 5'6" and this maxi (petite) fits me well. I would definitely order down in size. I am a size 16 and the Petite Large fit me well. I love the eyelet bottom. Also this dress washes well...no ironing required.

Very Comfortable!
Received this dress today, and it's very comfy! I ordered the petite even though I'm taller because I didn't want the longer length of the non-petite dress, and the length is perfect. I was afraid the armholes would be too tight, but they weren't. I would, however, suggest that you SIZE DOWN--especially if you like things more closer-fitting. I love the eyelet hem. More colors, please!!!

Great for me!
I was on waitlist for the navy petite and was so excited to receive this dress. I'm 5'4 size 1X and it fits me perfect. The arm holes are roomy and it doesn't matter to me that they are a little big because I wear the white LC crochet shrug anyway.The navy is very versatile, I can do so much with it. Today, I'm totally comfortable in the Texas weather with this dress, my jockey skimmies, and clarks sandals. the eyelet ruffle at the bottom creates a cool breeze when I walk. I couldn't be happier with this dress and may order another as a back up!

Should have heeded the negative reviews
Unflattering fit- like a big, old, droopy sack. The square neckline made my shoulders look like a linebacker's. The armholes were HUGE- could have had two other sets of arms fit in them. So disappointed-I really wanted to LOVE this dress. I purchased navy and tangerine. They are on the way back.

Great Maxi
I just received this dress in navy blue. The material is a good weight and the color is nice. I'm 5'5" and a 14/16 so after reading other reviews, decided to order a size smaller. I ordered the L and it worked great. I'm thinking about ordering the white.

Agree with all the customers with arm hole issue
The dress is adorable. The fabric doesn't show 'bumps'. A little long for a petite. But the problem is the arm hole and strap area. Straps are very long for a petite cut, and the arm holes are huge. Hate to do it, but sending back.
