Heal higher than expected.
I find that Clarks brand shoes I have purchased are not consistant in sizing fit. This shoe actually fit but the heal was a little too high, I was not expecting that in a sandal so I had to return it.

These sandals are just perfect! The first day I had them I wore them all day and they were so comfortable! Great sandals!

Perfect
Wow! I purchased these in red, when I opened the box, wow! What a lovely color, and it only got better, I tried them on and they were so comfortable I ended up wearing them around the house for a while. What a buy, and I am completely happy, I went back to purchase another pair and they were out of stock. Oh we'll, maybe they'll get some more in. I wish I would have bought two pair.

Comfort & style - yes
...BUT when I ordered these shoes, I was specifically looking for a white sandal to go with a special outfit/occasion...the minute I opened the box, my heart sank. Right down to the feet I wanted these for!!! Anyway, the white I ordered was NOT white!! They were a light light beige to an off-white. I love Clarks shoes/sandals/clogs/mules/slippers - every day and every nite I wear nothing else! So, this was really a disappointment. No white sandals for me this time. Back they went.

ADORABLE
I just got these shoes today and as soon as I put them on, I fell in love. These shoes are not only comfy but so pretty on my feet. I can't wait for it to be alittle warmer outside so I can show off. Thank you Clarks for making such a perfect shoe for me.

disappointed
I bought these sandals last year. The straps did stretch out quite a bit, but a bigger problem is the footbed in the heel area started to rub away. I can't wear them anymore because the heel area is now so uncomfortable. This is my 2nd pair of Clarks that have done this.

Sizing is off
I was so excited to receive these in the metalic color today. I tried them on and they were too loose. I tightened the straps as much as possible and they were still too loose. It felt like my heel would come right out of the shoe. The toe width seemed fine but I could not keep them because otherwise they run too large. So very disappointed....

Comfort & Style!
If you're looking for comfort, style and excellent construction -- don't hesitate to order this shoe. I have problems with toes that were broken in the past and these shoes do not hurt any of the toes! Wonderful arch support built in also. Meltallic is beautiful and will go with anything. So great I will order another pair in different color.

A vote for YES!
I'm a Florida teacher so I'm getting to know Clark's well. Style, comfort, etc. There are Clark's though and there are Clark's... I'm on my feet the whole day. The Clark's that have the fabric-type sock/foot lining are not good for my feet. I'm not exactly sure why, but think it has to do with the constant friction of my movement and the rougher material, but it causes me to form calluses, or harder skin on the bottom of my feet even though I have pedis often. I like how this footbed is lined, not a slick material, but not that fabric liner that is used in some Clark's shoes. I avoid that one now as over time it tears for me as well as causing the above. Just had to throw a pair like that out and that was the first part that went. So this one is great and differently made than that. I got the metallic and used it on Christmas day for a party, but also use it as a go-to work shoe. Very pretty yet very functional! My best Clark's purchase yet! Do avoid the fabric-lined Clark's if you are on your feet constantly like I am, and go for this kind of style and liner instead :)

I bought these early in the spring and I feel the same way as the others who have reviewed these shoes. These were the first shoes I bought from Clarks and I was not satisfied with them either. Straps are flimsy and they feel too big. I have worn them twice in the last 6 months and my foot was also hurting after I wore them the second time. I would not recommend them to anyone. I should have sent them back. It was my 1st pair of shoes to ever order from QVC and I didn't realize I had 30 days to send them back.

Style is a prince; quality is more frog
This is an adorbale sandal. I got the black lizard and it fits the bill as a dressier option, though I agree the thinness of the leather makes me unsure how well it will hold up over time. I often wear a 9.5 or 10 Wide. Bought the 10 Wide because I don't like my heel or toes to be right on or over the edge of sandals. The overall fit on that score works well, but I'm on the next to last hole before the shoe feels secure. My shock came when right out of the box one of the loops to hold down the tab on the buckled strap fell off in my hand. It wasn't properly sewn in. My size was out so I took it to a shoe repair.
