Defective Product/ Poorly made
I really liked my little hand held system for pain. Then it stopped working. Then it would work when it wanted to. Then the switch would not stay on. Finally it works when it wants to. This item is not well made. The switch seems to be the problem. It is unpredictable and will not stay on. I am returning this item.

Not so great
I find this product hard to use on areas like hip and back because the strap is not long enough and wide enough to reach. It cuts off too soon. Very awkward and uncomfortable to use.

It Keeps Turning Off
Bought this for my boyfriend to try and it wouldn't stay on long enough for him to feel a difference. It wouldn't stay on longer than a couple of minutes at a time. Maybe if it wouldn't keep cutting off, it would make a difference. It's going back.

I purchased this device to help with pain in my knees. It has not made a difference. :(

Benefit Equal to Heating Pad
I was excited to use this but after repeated use I find that the benefit seems to be the same as when I use a heating pad. The cost for this unit is not comprable to the price. I'll stick with the heating pad.

Better than Lightstim
I've had one of these for over 6 months and I use it daily. I also have a LightStim, but to me it doesn't get as hot, which is necessary for dermal remodeling. I use both on my face and back of my hands for wrinkles and age spots, as well as on achy joints, pain in general and even on my Toy Poodle who has arthritis (she loves it). The one thing that should be pointed out is that you need to leave it on the area for longer than the recommended 3 minutes to get results. Also, when I have extra time I use both of my units TWICE a day, and that probably has accelerated my results.

REALLY WORKS
I've had on and off pain in my back below my neck. I've been using this on days that I feel pain and I have to say it really works! I was a bit surprised, but the tenseness in my muscles noticeably goes away and the pain is no more. I had challenges figuring out how to make the strap work for that part of my back, but I figured it out and now it is soooo convenient to use. I give this two thumbs up.

Not for Me!
I am very unhappy with this product. Tried to use it on my granddaughers back and the unit kept cutting off. I didn't have it covered so it had plenty of ventilation for the fan to get air? I am sending it back.

Don't bother
I have severe arthritis so I was thrilled when this was on air. After receiving it, I read all of the instructions. The last line was about other uses & refers to their website. That is when I found that it was just like the LightStim (which I have & rarely use). I will try my LightStim on my joints. I was just disappointed that this was not revealed during the presentation. FYI their website does have a 2 panel set that applies the rays in a larger area & looks like it would be more precise. It also shows that it can be set up in a wedge shape to do your face for anti-aging. That might be worth trying.

Disappointing
I had no better luck with this device than with the Light Stim. What was different about this machine, though, is that it did not get as warm, and there is some kind of noisy fan that comes on periodically, and which seems to shut the unit off. I had hoped that the strap that was included would hold the machine on my back for me, but that couldn't be done.
Also...very short chord.
