Really Works!
I Just re-ordered this product. I don't take it every night but just occassionally when I am having trouble falling asleep. It does help me fall asleep pretty quickly and it helps me stay asleep.

Very helpful
I purchased this product for my friend's teenage son who has trouble sleeping. After taking Sleep 88 he sleeps through the night with no problems.

88 IS GREAT
I wish I had found this product a littler sooner. I am a college student and have had a horrible time getting a good nights rest. I have been using this for about a week now and feel so much better, I sleep through the night (roughly 6 hours) without waking every two hours as I did before...without fail. So glad I got this before finals next week, will definitely use again next semester! (you should offer this product to colleges...I know so many students who have a horrible time getting the rest they need)

It works for me, BUT...
My daughter is the one who actually ordered this, she tried it for a few nights and said it did make her yawn but didn't fall asleep from it. She asked if I wanted to give it a try, I did and LOVE it! The 1st night I slept 6hrs straight ( can't remember the last time I did that) the 2nd night I got 5hrs of sleep, 2 weeks have gone by and i seem to stay right at 5hrs of straight sleep ( which is great for me) I have noticed that if I take it about an hour before I'm ready to go to bed, then I fall asleep quickly once in bed... One HUGE bonus that I have noticed is how AMAZING I feel the next day! No drowsiness at all. I feel so refreshed, alert, awake and very ready for the day! I'm a stay at home mom and have gotten so much done around my home, jobs that I kept saying "one of these days I need to do this"... They are now DONE :) I pray that it works for others as well as it has for me! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because It's keeping me asleep 5hrs instead of 6 to 8 as claimed. But I still love it and will continue ordering it :)

Works
I read the other reviews and this works to put me to sleep. I stay asleep for the first time in years. I can fall back to sleep after my husband leaves for work. Thank you for this product.

Need to give a chance
I realize everyone's reaseon for not sleeping is different everyone. I have found you need to take it earlier in evening(at least for me) I take it around 8pm and by 1030 I am falling asleep. So for me this is great. I have used regular melatonin in the past and it did nothing for me. So I am repurchasing.

Tried it and was very hopeful, but didn't do a thing. Sent it back.

A great night's sleep--Finally!!
For months I have never slept throught the night, always waking at 3 or 4 am, then struggling to get back to sleep. With this product, I've been able to sleep 8 hours without waking up! Talk about feeling rested! I'm very happy with this product, and the fact that it's not a drug is just perfect.
