Awesome dress!!
I'm not sure why this dress got anything less than 5 stars. The cut, sizing, and length of the dress is right on. I am 5'9" and the regular length ends just above my ankles...a true maxi. I ordered it in black and it is so pretty. I love the paisley print. I can't wait to wear it!

flattering and classy!
Great dress! It is flattering, flirty, comfy amd smooths over any problem areas! I thought it would be a dress to lounge around in this summer, but my husband thought otherwise. He said it was a classy dress to wear out to dinner. He wanted to take me to dinner this Sat. night in this dress. I told him I would love to take a 3 month rain check : ) He usually doesNt get crazy over my purchases since there are so many of them.....but he LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this one!!!! IT IS A KEEPER! He was telling me what necklace I havewill be perfect with it. Sicne there is a beautidul plunging v-neck (NOT TO LOW!!) , Ucan wear a nice necklace. Or just a pair of big earrings. The dress has enoughgoing on that I would nto wear both earrings and bnecklace...overkill sicne the dress has sucha pattern of its own. It is fine with nothing but stud earrigns even. I was shocked to hear other reviewes say how long it is?? I am almost 5'6" and 1/2 and it is perfect. I planned to wear with a pair of 1 inch wedges and it would be perfect length. If I were to wear orthoheel flops...I may need to shorten it ONE INCH MAX. TRUE TO SIZE, BTW! IF YOU NEED SIZING HELP..I AM LITTLE UNDER 5'7" AND I WEIGH 125 LBS. I TAKE A XXS IN QVC SIZING. THIS FIT WELL. MY BUST IS 34/36 C/D. I CAN'T BELIEVE I AM SAYING THIS, BUT NO NEED FOR SHAPEWEAR SINCE THIS AWESOME MATERIAL GLIDES OVER MY AREAS (BUTTOCKS, HIPS, TUMMY). GREAT ANY AGE, I THINK... (I AM 40).I WILL GET A LOT OF USE OUT F THIS. I GOT THE BLACK. I LOVE PINK, BUT IN THIS DRESS, I PREFFERED THE BLACK. I BET ITS PRETTY IN ALL COLORS. LOVE THE MATERIAL OF THIS PARTICULAR DRESS. DOESN'T SHOW LUMS OR BUMPS. THE PATTERN, THE FIT, AND THE V-NECK ARE ALL FLATTERING. (IT IS NOT TOO PLUNGING WHERE THE GIRLS SHOW OR THE BRA SHOWS). I LOVE THAT I CAN WEAR ANY BRA WITH THIS. (NOT A FANOF STRAPLESS BREAS....WHO IS??) I AM HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. THANK YOU LCNYAND QVC.

Beautiful but REALLY long!!!!
The dress itself is beautiful. I love the style and the pattern. The only negative is that I think they made it for the Jolly Green Giant!!! You have to be six feet tall for this fit the way it should. I'm 5'5" and I need to shorten it at least another 5". I will be sending it back to get a petite small. Hopefully that will do the trick.

Too Retro
I bought this dress in petite (as I am 5'3" tall) medium. The length and fit were fine, but I didn't like the pink/orchid/purple/orange print. The heavy polyester material is too warm for the summer, and between the material and the gaudy coloration, I thought I was back in the 1970's! I also couldn't find any shrug in my closet that would go with it. So, unfortunately I had to return it, which is not the usual thing with Liz Claiborne NY.

Great dress!
Love this dress, Very slimming for a maxi dress. Not too low cut and arm holes not too big, I am a size 16 bottom and usually wear between a xl- 1x top and the XL in this dress fit perfect!

PRETTY DRESS BUT.......
This is a beautiful dress ,pretty design ,very well made, however it runs very long. I'm 5'7 and even with heels, it was still long. I sent it back and ordered the petite, and it fits great. This the reason for the 4 stars.

Runs really big
I'm a large 14-16 gal and this was way too big. Very disappointing because I took it out of package and hung it up, wanting to wear on father's day. Got it out on dad's day and it is huge. Armholes super big. Waist far too large and it is long! Way too expensive for what it is too. Going back!

CUTE DRESS!
I ordered the XS petite (I'm 5'1) in the pink/multi and the dress is long enough that I will have to wear wedge sandals with it which was a little disappointing. I was hoping that by ordering the petite I would be able to wear it with flat sandals. That being said, the dress is super cute on. It is body hugging and if you're uncomfortable with that, this might not be the dress for you.

Cute Maxi dress
Not sure what all of the other negative reviews are about- I'm 5'8" and always wear an XXS in Liz Claiborne and this dress fits true to size in measurements and length. True, it's not forgiving re: showing your figure, but I didn't find it to fit too tight or felt the material was too thin. I ordered it in the marine green in XXS originally as that was the only color in my size left but I see today the Black is now available in my size so I'm ordering that too. Great to take on a trip to Hawaii we're planning this Fall as well as wearing throughout the Summer in CA.

Cute dress - but I've got a train...
I'm 5'3" - so I'm right at the limit for petite - I bought the regular length dress and when I put it on - I had a train :( BUT I love the dress. I didn't want to hassle with exchanging so I'm spending $8 to have it hemmed up - and I'm seriously considering buying the blue in the shorter length.
VERY Cute for summer - first Liz purchase - probably not the last.
The only reasons for 3 stars:
length
and the material - could have been a little less 'slinky'

NOT FOR ME, I LIKED THE PRINT, BUT THE FIT WAY OFF
I Ordered this dress in the Black Paisley, I love the print, But I ordered by the size guide, I am a plus size gal, usualy a size 2X. I am 5"5 and ordered the regular. Well even with 3 inch heels I was triping over the dress and also under the arm there was a huge gap and there should not be I am a 42DDD so it should have had no gap.
The fit was just way off, and I am so sad because I really loved the print.
I just sent it back because to take it to a tailor and have all that fixed on top of the price for the garment & shipping it just is not worth it.
