SO Disappointed!
This is actually my 1st review on QVC, but I felt compelled to write it. I was super excited to get this coat. I even paid rush shipping to get it ASAP. Big mistake. I assumed since this was a RZ creation that it would be fabulous. Wrong. Ordered an XS (normally I wear either an XS or S) and it was humongous!!! Fit like an XL!!! Also, as other customers have stated, the belt was super long and was STILL too big when wrapped around twice. The material also felt very cheap. Sent it back the next day. This coat was MAJOR... A major disappointment from start to finish!

Oh Ya!!!
I had been searching for the perfect raincoat. Low and behold this one is it. I absolutley love it. It definetly does the job and looks good while doing it. So glad I purchased this coat. I wear it all the time.

Best Piece of Clothing Ever Purchased from QVC!!
This is the first piece of clothing that I have ever purhcased from QVC that I totally loved. ITs the first that I felt was high quality and looked highend. Have sent many other brands back. This coat fits like a glove, so well made, looks much more expensive and the sizing is perfect, I am a size 4 and ordered the XS and even the length of the arms is perfect, it is so cute. My first Rachel Zoe, but now that I have it, I will try more of her fashions. Thanks Rachel

Surprised
I love Rachel Zoe but was surprised when I received this coat!
It was huge, I usually get an XL but this was 2 sizes too big!
It has puffy shoulders and this looked so unsophisticated an non- sleek to

Glad I read reviews before I ordered. Does run a little bigger so I ordered a small and it is perfect. Recommend this coat to everyone.

I Love The Jacket But The Hood Needs Work
I was so excited when I got this at the end of last season until it rained and I tried to use the hood. There are no drawstrings or anything to actually keep the hood on! The hood was one one the main reasons I bought this coat...I have 2 small kids and and umbrella is useless..looks like I'll have to figure out how to attach some sort of tie or button to the hood. Other than that it's a beautiful jacket!!

Loved it in black - not so much the other colors
Although the style is identical, the look and fit seemed different in khaki and white, which I returned, But I LOVE this little trench in black. Very chic. In the past I've always had long trench coats but this short style is fun and flattering. Several negative ads mentioned the "noisy" material. It's a waterproof synthetic outerwear. The rustle is normal and mild - you won't be conscious of it once you are wearing it out and about. The belt loops don't sit exactly where I like them (I'm tall) so I simply wrap the belt and tie it exactly where I want it. That's the beauty of a trench coat - they're meant to be used in a practical way. I really like that the collar can be worn up and stays up. For some reason, I don't much like the puffy sleeves if I button the top button, but if I keep the neckline open, the puffy sleeves create a very flattering line that is quietly less masculine than a classic trench. It's a subtle but nice point of style. If I could have made the sleeves longer (the way Dennis Basso sleeves are!) this would have been 5 stars.

Nice!
I got this coat in the black in XS and it is perfect with some room. I normally wear small or most often XS so I would say it was roomy. I decided to come back for the khaki but all that was left was XXS thinking that since the fit was roomy I might get lucky, however the XXS was just to small. I haven't washed it yet so I can't speak to that, but it is light, comfortable, love love the hood. I think the coat looks sharp. THe belt is a little annoying because the buckle is so heavy and the belt is very long, but I just tuck it in the pocket when it's not tied. I would recommend this especially if you can get the fantastic clearance price.

Best Trench Coat Ever!!!
Love this trench coat! Love everything about it, the workmanship, the color (got the olive), the fit, the loooong belt that I can wrap twice around my waist, the puffy sleeves, the collar, pockets and the fact that it has a hidden hood.
I am 5'4 and 122lb and I purchased this coat in XS and it fits like a glove. It makes my waist look even tinier than it actually is. As I stated in my review title this is the best trench coat I have ever owned, by far. Thank you Rachel!

Very nice coat
At first I wasn't sure about this coat in black. The size was right but something seemed "off". I wasn't sure I liked the way the sleeves puffed up a little. I put it in my closet for a bit and then tried it on again days later. Now I love it! The material is different and the belt really is too long and I don't like the way the collar lays with the hood rolled up inside but I just try to get it flat. I may take the hood out as I doubt I would ever use it. I wore the coat to work yesterday for the first time and someone asked me where I got it. So I'm glad I waited to think about it before I just sent it back!

Ladies....A Must Have
This jacket exceeded my expectations. I am 5'6 150lb n usually wear a medium however after reading several reviews I changed it to a small. I was comparing differences between Joan Rivers jacket and this one. Biggest difference this jacket has a hood, less expensive n colored buttons which add contrast to the jacket. I purchased it in black and have already received several compliments. Very versatile jacket.......u wont be disappointed with this.

SUPER CUTE!
Love how the hood is hidden. Sleek, and sophisticated style. Very on trend and great fit. (does run a little big and one of my buttons was lose upon arrival) but too cute to send back :)
