Loving This Sweater
I ordered it in the Fuchsia in the xs. The color is really beautiful, it will look great with so many things I own, especially the JR sheath dress that I just received. It looks wonderful with it. The material IS thin but that is how I like my sweaters. The xs is a real xs size so you can count on it fitting you in your size. This may not be your cup of tea but for me it is totally great!!! I would say all of you in hot weather states might want to take a good look at this one. I love it.

Not up to standards
I agree with the reviewers that the fabric is flimsy on this set It is thin and clingy; I imagine if you are a size 6 or 8, it will look very nice on you. But it clings too much and is way too thin for chubby gals. Is not flattering, and for the quality, I think the price is way too high. Color (blue) is very pretty though. sorry to have to waste the shipping cost but I will send it back (bought the shell too and they did not arrive together, so I will wait to send them back together). I hate that they don't pay return shipping like so many other retailers do. It is why I hesitate to order clothing from QVC.

Enjoying this sweater
Love the feel of the lighweight cotton fabric and should be good on chilly nights in the tropics over the holidays. Runs a tad big but I actually like them that way. My only disappointment is that I will have to re-sew nearly all the buttons before they fall off. Sorry Joan but 3 thread loops doesn't quite get it. Had those been properly sewn, this one would be a five star winner in my book!

Fabulous Cardigan
Wow! My cardigan arrived today ( very quickly I might add especially since it shipped to my Canadian address and there were two National holidays in between...Canada Day on 1 July and Independance Day on 4 July ). As as per usual, Joan did it again. This cardi is just divine. The perfect weight for summer ( or anytime ) wear and the buttons are quite chic.Simple. elegant and very on trend with the drapey lapels. Personally, I love knits with some rayon fabrication, like this one. They lend the fabric a bit more drape and " hand " than just pure cotton. It also makes for a much lighter weight, swingy garment. As for it arriving somewhat wrinkled, that's a non issue for me. I just popped it ( inside out ) into the dryer with a damp dark shirt on a low/gentle setting for knits and voila..... 8 minutes later.... all wrinkles are gone. Love it. Joan never disappoints. Excellent pricing as well. I ordered the matching shell, as an afterthought, a couple of days later. It should be here soon and will make a spectacular twin set. So glad I paid no heed to some of the less than stellar reviews.

Sad To Say,,,,,Disappointed
I ordered the whole set in my regular size of medium. Both pieces run very small. I gave this only 1 star because I really liked the design of the cardigan, but the fabric is really not up to what Joan would usually produce. I just couldn't justify the cost of this cardigan and the shell for this flimsy fabric, which is a cotton blend. It did feel good, but I didn't believe it will hold up very well. A shame, but the quality just isn't there!!

This Set Is Great
I wear a 1x and this is flattering. It is light weight, great for layering and year round wear. Easy care and laundered well.

Nice but. . .
Nice quality, soft to the touch. Sizing right on. My only problem was I could not get the matching shell. I tried other colors and styles with it and it did not do it justice. For this reason I sent it back. Sorry Joan, wanted it very bad.

Jury Still Out
I ordered two of these sweaters, one with the tank and one without. Today the one without the tank arrived and I was not impressed. The fabric of this sweater is very thin and looks cheap. I am hoping that when the sweater and tank arrive, they will look better together than just the sweater alone. I understand that Joan wants to keep costs down in the manufacturing of her garments, but it affects the quality of the garment too. I, for one, like good clothes and would rather spend more on better quality items then less and have more.

Nice Color, But....
Nice color, but didn't like the fabic or fit. I can usually wear a medium in Joan's collection, but this fit was terrible..sent it back

This sweater is the perfect weight. Especially for layering. It is so soft and cozy. It is made very well. Need more colors....

Perfect!
This is such a refreshing twist to the plain old cardigan! I love it, and wore it the same day I received it. It 's a perfect piece to add a little zip to your outfit, and look like you took hours to put it together!

Too flimsy
The color is lovely but the fabric is cheap and flimsy. Not up to Joan's usual quality. Back it goes. I am middle-aged, 1x, professional.
