Bad purchase for me.
I absolutely love Philosophy Products. My make-up arsenol is probably 95% Philosophy. But, this product is just not for me. I have tried and tried to get it right, but still looks very messy. Have gone back to my Clinique. But , I will not give up my other Philosophy poducts!!!!

Nice but wish I had gotten the Tarte
This works pretty well but it goes on a bit heavy. And I is not as easy to use as I had hoped. I have to wipe some off after shapping and applying it. But, it may be I need to learn to use it properly. The color was not right for me either. I may should have gotten a darker color? I think it was worth the sales price and I will use it but next time, I will stick with the Tarte brand.

okay-but not great product
Tried this because I use other Philosophy products & have been quite satisfied in the past. However, the gel is quite thick & is hard not to get too much when applying it. Also, the pencil needs sharpening A LOT! Otherwise, the color is good - I ordered the brunette. The brush end is really good to help smoothe out the gel if you get too much & you usually do......

Divine is right!
I have tried every eyebrow system on the market..no lie! this is the best there is. my brows look fantastic all the time. I will forever buy this product.

Disappointed
Gel is too thick and messy. It is difficult to keep the pencil sharpened. I was extremely
disappointed.

Excellent For a Pencil
Having had stitches in the brow as a very young child and overplucking as a young teen, I can't live without brow products. For a pencil, this is really good and quite good for all brow products. My only complaint, which is true of most pencils and many other products, is that in the brunette it is all but impossible not to go too dark. But the texture is very good and the included sharpener gives you a good chance to use the light strokes necessary. Definately worth a try, and probably great for women with more brows.

Fabulous brows!
I really love these products! For make up to look good, you always must apply with a light hand. I have the darker color and it's perfect, when applied lightly. The pencil does need to be sharpened a lot in order to get a good point, but that's what makes it good. It goes on super smooth and realistically. I happen to adore the gel. Again, light hand!! You barely need any pressure to put this on. But it holds the hair in place and makes everything look finished. I've used everything and I'm a make up snob. Spend the extra time, sharpen the pencil, apply lightly and look beautiful!!!

LOVE IT!!!!!!
I RECEIVED THE PHILOSOPHY DIVINE PERFECTLY DEFINED BROWN KIT AND I LOVE IT. ITS THE BEST ! AND I HAVE TRIED A FEW. EVERYONE COMPLIMENTS MY EYEBROWS SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING IT. THE PENCIL GOES ON NICE AND SMOOTH THE BRUSH IS JUST RIGHT FOR YOUR EYEBROWS. IT LOOKS SO NATURAL THAT EVERYONE THINKS THATS THE WAY MY EYEBROWS LOOK.

Brunettes: stay away from the brunette choice
The brunette color is not for brunettes. It is much too light for most brunettes' eyebrows. The color is a very light taupe color. It is a very bad choice for brunettes!

Good and Bad
I liked the color the pencil produced when applied to the brow - probably the closest to my natural brow color from any brow product I have tried (and I have tried quite a few!). The pencil did need to be sharpened frequently. However, the gel was not so good. It clumped, no matter how lightly I applied it. I had to spend so much time applying this product, between sharpening the pencil and smoothing the clumps, that I decided it wasn't worth it. Thanks QVC for your great return policy.

Mixed Bag
The eyebrow pencil is great. Easy to apply and looks very natural. I agree with other reviewers that the gel is a problem. Difficult to apply and wasteful. The applicator contains too much of the gel and it goes on the eyebrow in a big glob. Once distributed, it looks good. However, it takes a lot of effort. Please sell the pencil separately and ask PHILOSOPHY to redesign the gel applicator. As it is now, I would recommend only the pencil as a gift. I gave it 4 stars ONLY because of the great eyebrow pencil.

"Just Ok"
Although this product does it's job, I just don't find it to be any better than less expensive brands that I could purchase from a drugstore. I returned it.
