Susan Graver Brushed French Terry Roll Tab 3/4 Sleeve Top
Went back for more!
This is a great top. You can dress it up or down. I wore the black one to a party with a Linea long necklace with the sleeves down and it was elegant. I ordered the clementine one first then went back for the black and blue ones. The fit is very flattering and the fabric is cozy. I love it.
comfy and cozy!
I ordered the blue, the rose and the black in this top. These were my 1st Susan Graver tops so I assumed I would need a large since that's what I wear when shopping in retail stores. These shirts are just loose enough not to cling anywhere, and the material is very soft.I could probably have worn medium and have since ordered mediums in her liquid knits which fit me perfectly.I agree with other reviewers that you may be able to size down one size in Susan's clothes.I guess it just depends on your bust size and whether you prefer a tight or looser fit. These tops are well made, soft and comfortable.I wear a simple silver necklace even though the tab buttons on these shirts are gold. I get compliments every time I wear them. The colors are very vivid without being too bright, they hang nicely on the body and, give a well put together look for casual or dressy wear. They may be a little too warm in the next month or so,(I live in the South) but for now, they are perfect.May order more when my size is restocked.
I bought this top in the blue & am going to get the black and the orange next. It is a very lightweight sweatshirt but much better looking than a sweatshirt! You get the warmth and comfort of a sweatshirt but styled to look dressier. I love it!! Perfect for Fall and Winter and possibly Spring! Not a summer top for me.
A220425 S Graver brushed French terry roll tab 3/4
Love this top. Ordered XXS in the bisque and orange. The material is so soft. The weight is good for fall, winter, and chilly spring days. Feels like I have a sweat shirt on, but it does not look like I do. Very comfortable.
Some reviews complain about sizing. I normally wear XS, but I have learned that when ordering Susan Graver tops go down one size, and they will always fit nicely. In my eyes this top is a winner.
I got this in the bisque. I love it. It is so soft inside and it is a great tunic top with the right amount of stretch. I will be going back for the blue and possibly orange top. I love the sleeves because I have vitaligo and I do not like my two-tone arms. I prefer not having to answer questions about them. This way I can wear the sleeves down at work in the air conditioning and roll them up in the heat outside.
Comfortable and lightweight
This top is very comfortable, lightweight and soft. It has very nice details added that make it well worth the price tag....the gold buttons, the tab to roll up the sleeves, the inverted pleat in the back. If a person were to buy this at other online clothing stores such as Eddie Bauer, or Orvis, it would be twice the price. Another job well done, Susan. Thank you.
In hearing light-weight and wanting a top in the color of orange, ordered this shirt. I live in Florida ...It's not a light-weight shirt for here. Because of the time of year, I anticipated something for Springtime as it was shown on the air. I'd say it is more of a Fall top, even in the north. Unfortunately, I ordered two shirts. I agree with a couple other customers...the shirt is nothing special. Too, this is the first time I have ordered my size only to have it too large. I recommend purchasing a size down. I feel it was overpriced for the design and quality.
Too Hot to Wear
The style is very nice and the fit is good, too.
The fabric is soft BUT it is a very heavy sweatshirt material.
Not lightweight at all.
It maybe good for winters but not for the other seasons.
One of my favorite QVC purchases ever!
Wow, I can't say enough good things about this top. I am 5'6 and normally wear a large in D&C and Susan Graver, though I will size up to an XL if the top is fitted. I purchased this in Clementine and Blue and they are gorgeous! The inside of the top is soft and fuzzy like a sweatshirt without the sweatshirt weight. I LOVE it! Someone, maybe Susan, said this top is like a soft hug and that is so true! I love to wear the sleeves the way Susan suggested - instead of rolling them, I unroll them, then bring the fabric up over them and button it to get that "scrunched" look. I love the length and the fit is perfect. The neck is not at all big on me and I don't have broad shoulders. I would say this fits true to size but if you are a little in between sizes, then you can probably size down. Oh, I'm a redhead and always stay from orange colors but I LOVE the clementine and can actually wear it, so don't be afraid of it. Susan, PLEASE give us this top in more colors! I would prefer bright colors to pastels and would buy a boatload of these - how about a turquoise, a bright emerald green, a bright poppy red and your lovely electric purple? I wouldn't mind a white and a heathered grey as well! This is the perfect top to show off cool funky necklaces and scarves. LOVE it!
Lightweight sweatshirt is FANTASTIC!
I wear a size 1X in most Susan Graver's items, although in this type of material (French terry) sweatshirt material I wear a 2X. I originally got this in the bisque and the rose red. It is so darling with the back yoke pleat! I love the 3/4 sleeve length and the length of top of 30 inches. Most of her tunics are 32 inches in my size which is a little long as I am 5'6 inches tall. I like this length better. I actually went back for another one in blue! Also, the material is like a thin sweatshirt material with fuzzy inside. Although, not super hot. This top is one of my favorites items from Susan!
Just a tee
Was not happy when I opened my package. This is just a very plain tee - not worth the price. This is my first SG purchase and am not impressed.
I am a devoted long-time Denim and Co. customer. That is why I was surprised at the quality of this top. The fabric is great and I like the style, but it was much too big in the shoulders. The first time I wore it I dressed it up with accessories and wore it to work. Imagine my surprise when the sleeve buttons unraveled and fell off within three hours of arriving at work. The threads were in short pieces as though they had been clipped.
I am afraid it is going back.
