The Inside Story

Jackie mastered the art of international relations and diplomacy during JFK's presidency. She was immeasurably influential in her husband's foreign policy. When King Hassan of Morocco visited the White House, she spearheaded the unprecedented diplomatic move to meet him and his family at the D.C. train station instead of the White House. Jackie chose to wear the original version of this handbag to that meeting on March 30, 1963.

Ultimate Classic! First off, thanks QVC for correcting the image for this bag... This bag (especially if you can get it in black) is all you will ever need for any business casual to semi-formal occasion. As stated, it's very ladylike, understated and sophisticated. The craftsmanship of this bag is nothing short of extraordinary! Sized appropriately to accomodate everything you'll need in any setting, but not "embarrasingly big," as so many bags are today. Amazing value for excellent quality. Honestly, you will carry this bag for years to come, and it will always be relevant. IMO, Jacqueline Kennedy, and Grace Kelly are women who perfectly expressed understated classic style... And I love that I can express that same style and elegance through this collection!
