Love it!
This bag is wonderful. I love big bags. The leather is gorgeous. I am transitioning from the Dooney & Bourke Croco Embossed Leather Logo Lock Hobo Bag w/ Accessories which I ordered from QVC as well. This purse has more room and I love the outside pockets and it is lighter than the Croco bag. This is the best D&B bag I have but I am expecting another order this week.....lol

It's huge
Just received the bag. It's beautiful but big. If you want a classy looking tote to carry
everything this is the bag. I had read the reviews about the size and thought well it
might be a little bigger than I'm used to carrying. Unfortunately, it's going back
if I needed a bag to carry shoes, laptop, essentials, hat , gloves you name it this is it
for everyday, it's just too big; I gave it 3 stars because it's more of a small
weekender than a handbag

I love this bag. It's very soft, looks rich, If I could afford it I'd get it in both colors, mine's beige. With a couple of weeks wear it has acquired a slouchy look when using with the long strap which I've engineered to have a knot tied above the shoulder strip at the top, necessary as I'm petite in stature. It also looks great this way when the bag is handle carried and the shortened knotted strap hangs a couple of inches below the bottom center of the bag. I especially like the zippered pockets on the outside for the convenience and pro-active, better safe than not, place to keep my cell phone.

REALLY LOVE THIS STYLE OF BAG
IT SAYS THAT IT IS 12X12 BUT IT IS 12 IN HIGH AND 17 IN WIDE AT THE TOP WITH 12 IN AT THE BOTTOM. I HAVE THESE AND SOME DILLENS AND THEY ARE ALL THE SAME SIZE. BIG!!
I CAN PUT EVERYTHING I NEED FOR A DAY AT WORK, OR A TRIP ETC.

Too big for me
I love this bag. The taupe is the perfect color and the leather is the best ever. The bag is too big for me. I have a D&B satchel in croc that measures 12x10.5 and is much smaller. This bags description lists 12x12. It is more on the size of a tote and too big for me to carry as a purse. QVC has a smaller size but not in taupe. I give it 5 stars because it is a wonderful bag, A1 quality and a great price.

Fabulous!
This is a fabulous tote bag PLUS it has a zipper which made it great for travel. I'm 5'4" and it is HUGE for me but I love how much it can hold. The bag itself is very light weight but does get heavy if it's really full. For travel, I put my handbag/satchel inside, Ipad, waterbottle, etc, and it zipped closed! I ordered the bordeaux in December and just ordered a second in taupe. The patent is beautiful, a quality bag!

my search is over!
I have been searching for a navy patent leather bag for years. I found it in this Dooney and Bourke bag. I got it in the midnight and it is beautiful. The leather feels wonderful and I am in heaven! Thank you for bringing a real patent leather out. There is NO substitute for the real thing! More please!

Practical and Beautiful!
Practical: Great organization. Inside slip pockets fit an IPhone (unlike the little pocket in my Dooney Crescent Tote); the slip pocket on the other wall is great for receipts/coupons; outside zip pockets also useful for phone, parking garage tickets, work access card etc. At first was afraid outside pocket zippers were a bit stiff, but a few times back and forth and were fine. Like the cross-body option, Looks professional. Enough room for my IPad. The bag itself is not heavy, it depends on how much you cram in it.
Beautiful: The patent leather is supple and looks expensive. Midnight blue is dark and goes with black and navy;when the the light hits it, a gorgeous deep purpley blue - yummy.

Gorgeous !
I received the midnight shade in this bag. It is so gorgeous! The ONLY drawback for me is it is large. Now that I am retired, I really don't have need for such a large bag. When I was working this would have been IDEAL for me. The color is deep and beautiful, I LOVE the pink lining and all the organization. I may keep it just in case I need a large bag for travel..but it would not be an every day bag for me. I may exchange it for the dark wine color though..the dark blue, although very gorgeous, almost looks too black... All in all a beautiful bag...!! OH and I really love the length of the shoulder strap. I can carry it well as a cross-body bag..it hits just right for me at my hip...again, a good bag for travel...

Beautiful bag!
I have this one in the Midnight color. I really like this bag. It is a true patent leather, not the material in the Venus line by Dooney. Good organization, like the option of caring by the shorter handles OR by the longer strap. I personally really like the patent leather and also like the Midnight color. I have carried if four times and have received many compliments, including from friends who normally don't pay attention to purses. Very appealing and eye catching. Highly recommend.

pretty leather; weighs a ton
I love the blue - it's got a sort of tie-dye look rather than being only one shade of blue. However, my love ends there. The front pockets are VERY stiff - I was only able to get one of them open at all. Nonetheless, I took it on vacation with me to try it out. Mistake. It's so heavy my shoulder hurt before I boarded my plane. Two days into my trip I gave up, put it in my suitcase, and bought a new bag.
If you want a huge, heavy bag with a very long strap, you might like this one. Otherwise, I'd give it a miss for something a lot more practical.

A REALLY BIG BAG.
I got this in the Navy color and it is really a good Dark Blue almost black but when light hits it, it becomes a beautiful shade of blue. This handbag is really big! I am a tall women 5'9" without heels and like big bags so if your a small women this will swallow you up. The only problem I have found so far is I wish the straps were a little bit more convertiable. I like having the crossbody strap but even on it's shortest notch it's just a little too big. I could make it a very short shoulder strap too but not sure if I like that yet. Oh my pocket zippers where a little bit hard to get open and closed I think it's because its so new.
