Great For My Hair
I'm glad I purchased this product for my hair. My hair is fine, dry, naturally wavy, just past my shoulders, and I get a root touch up in the salon about every 6 weeks or so. I used to always flat iron my hair. Thank you Chaz for telling people to embrace the hair they have. After styling my hair I rub a pea sized amount between my hands and twist this through my hair, just like Chaz does on the models. Instead of flat and straight, my hair now has so much body after using your products and I am getting compliments on my hair! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

STICKY DIRTY HAIR
I got this as part of a Wen kit.
Sorry Chaz, love 6-13 & the rest of the conditioners, but this is horrible.
This felt like sticky DIRT on my hair, & the ends felt & looked like straw. The feeling of dirty, sticky hair was so bad, I went back to the shower, wash & style my hair again.
I'm never this harsh on a product, but it needed to be said.

Going Back...!!
I purchased the WEN Finishing Treatment based on both the reviews and the presentations I've seen and was so excited when my order came. Well, I tried it...and there is no way this can be the same product I'd seen advertised. I used it *exactly* as directed, but the product was so sticky that it was pulling my hair out as I was trying to work it in--I was nearly in tears. If that wasn't bad enough, my hair was left looking stiff and dirty, with absolutely NO shine--the ends looked like straw. I can't justify giving it to someone else as there's no one I dislike that much. So, even though I'm going to have to pay return shipping for a product that doesn't deliver, it's going back to QVC.

GREAT PRODUCT!!!
Love this!! You only need a small amount. It doesn't make your hair sticky like other products. Your hair will be soft and smells great!

I never dreamed that this could be so much better than any other styling product. I did not like the styling creme that I came with a set and was stubbornly holding out because originally Wen was marketed as getting rid of the need for all the other styling products. So I thought this was just gimmick to get you to buy more. This is THE BEST styling product I've ever used for my naturally wavy, shoulder length, greying hair. It's wonderfully soft and defines the curls. Normally my curls are not tight curls, but now I can scrunch up tons of springy spirals! Did I say NO FRIZZ! I can air dry now without fear! Just a few pumps of mouse fresh out of the shower and then a dab of finishing cream before I go out the door for shine and even more definititon and I'm good to go! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Excellent!
I got this product as part of a kit after seeing it demonstrated, and I love it! I only use a small amount on shoulder length permed hair, and it adds volume and definition and it does things that not even the other Wen products do for me. Since my initiation into Wen on the TSV, I have purchased practically one of everything, and I cannot say enough good about all the products.

Love it.
I started using the finishing treatment cream on my body. I thought if it was so hydrating for my hair why not? I live in the desert and my skin is so very dry that nothing and I mean nothing worked, so one day I was reading the ingredients on the finishing treatment and just started putting it on my body and I was so surprised that I had something for the first time that not only worked but it worked so well that I have been telling my family about this use for it.
I only wish it was a little cheaper because now that I am using it all over the cost is a bit high but no matter what I will continue to use it because it works.
I love your products but this one over all is the best for purposes other than what you made it for. Thank you so much even though you didn't know you were providing a product that would help my skin as well as my hair. Sandia

Nice smell
This does not really work for me, I will have to try it wet, but it doesn't keep my hair spiked it dries and lays flat. I will keep trying, but it is a nice product.

Even Better When Used on Wet Hair
I have baby fine color-treated blonde hair so it's hard to find styling products that don't leave it weighed down or feeling like cotton candy. At first, I tried it on dry hair then read a review about using it on wet hair. Wow, what a difference! I either blow dry or set on rollers, either way is great. I also started using the new WEN Treatment Serum that just came out on my ends and it's the perfect combination, even better than the mousse. And yes, the secret is to use a tiny amount so this tube should last forever.

Disapointed
This is the one of the first products that hasn't worked for me. I love the Fig cleansing conditioner, styling creme, replenishing mist!
I tried using a small amount of this on dry hair, it weighed my hair down, I sent it back:(

Really like it!
I have medium length, wavy hair. This finishing creme does two things... it makes my
hair very shiny and it gives my hair that mussed up look, instead of looking too perfect.
