Very disappointed
I have other Kathy VanZeeland bags and love them. This one just doesn't cut it. It's too large, the color isn't what I thought and the quality of the faux leather looks and feels like something I bought in a cheap discount store. I gave the bag away and hope Kathy goes back to making a more quality bag.

Perfect...Love...Love
I purchased the bronzed leopard and I love this handbag. Perfect size, not to heavy and adds a touch of fun to any outfit. Kathy please keep making this style and please...please bring back the steel color.

BEAUTIFUL BAG, POOR CONSTRUCTION
I bought this bag as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received the bag, I was very pleased. I purchased the gunmetal and It is beautiful. The hardware is gorgeous and looks so expensive. When she received the bag, she loved it. That is, until she started carrying it. The inside lining in the outer pockets is shredding after less than 3 weeks and one of the loops that secure the belt surrounding the bag broke, as well. This is not the first Kathy bag she has owned but this is the first one that has been so poorly constructed. So sad to return it!

Nice bag
I got this bag a week ago,it will be a Christmas gift. This is a nice bag.I like the color,I got the Maple.I like this finish better than the shiny finish of so many of her other bags.It has a more expensive look to it. It is a bit larger than what I thought it would be.Just wish it had 2 sections on the inside. If my friend doesn't like this bag,I will probably keep it. My daughter liked it,so we will share it

Big Disappointment
Loved the style of the bag. The color was not as vibrant as expected. The lining shredded to pieces in a very short time. I own 2 other Kathy bags with which I have been pleased.

Poor construction
I loved the look of the purse but in using it less than 3 weeks, the lining in two of the pockets are ripping and frayed. Sending it back because of the poor construction.

Glad I ordered...
I am an avid collector of handbags,,,,just love them. Dooney's, Kathy Van Zeeland, Tig's, etc., I have ordered Kathy's bags in the past and was never really blown away, except for her nappa faux leather. I bought a couple of satchels and hobos last year that were very nice, except for the bling. Not a fan of heavy, cheap looking bling. This bag however caught my eye. I wanted a flap bag, single strap, lightweight and I wanted a metallic. This showed up and WOW!!! Love it!! I waited to review it after carrying it for a week. Love the steel, love the lining. I love that it doesn't scream Kathy all over it. Just a simple zipper pull with her name on it. I can live with that. The bag is lightweight even with all my stuff in it. I would consider another color, I have my eye on the maple one. The strap drop is perfect too. I won't have a problem getting this over my winter coat and it actually stays on my shoulder. For the price, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Really really like this bag!
My first Kathy, I am not a fan of all the bling on her bags as a rule. But this bag is pretty plain with a neat print. I have many designer bags costing MUCH more than this, but I really like this bag. Great size and since it is not leather it is LIGHT, which is great since I tend to stuff my bags full. I don't feel like I have to baby it. I may need to get another. Go for it, I think you will dig it.

Love Love Love this bag!
This is my first Kathy Van Zeeland purchase. I was attracted to the line of bags since they are not made of leather. I am very impressed with the design of this bag. I got it in Maple. I have been looking for a long time for the perfect handbag and this bag is the tops!
What I love: The color, the feel of the fabric, all the pockets, the purple lining is fun, and it's roomy but you don't feel like you're carrying a huge tote. I'm 5"2" and it's perfect.
What I don't like: that I don't have it in all the gorgeous colors!

Lovely
Ok, when you get this bag, it is stuffed full of tissue paper and therefore has a huge appearance. However, when you take out all of the tissue and put your items in it, it slouches nicely and doesn't look as overwhelming. I will say that this bag is a solid 16 and a half inches wide across the bottom, definitely not 18 inches unless perhaps you lay it completely flat and stretched out.
I got this bag only because I am a die hard Kathy fan and though I have decided to curb my Handbag addiction, I had to get at least one bag to get a feel for her new line. I love the new cell phone pocket, the inner pockets, lining and key hook. I'm not blown away by the construction, however, and I expected to be. I have been looking over my steel bag for over an hour and I keep finding loose threads here and there. But, I don't plan on returning it because I really like the style and the size is perfect for me.

To long
I love this bad but it is to long. I knew the measurements didn't seem correct because it is so big! This bag measured almost 18 inches in length. Please Kathy make one closer to 14" in the exact same bag and it would be perfect! I do love your new line!

I Love this bag
I'm always looking for the perfect bag and although I wasn't looking for a hobo style I was struck by the elegant look of the bronze leopard. I'm always a little nervous ordering things on line as they don't always look the same once you get them but I was thrilled to see that this bag looked just as good, or better, in person. I love it! It is a good size with extra little pockets and it is so unique looking, I haven't seen anything like it on the market. And it looks like a lot more money than I actually spent.
