defective brush?
I was excited to use this product as I like a more natural look with eyeliner for everyday. I applied and noticed a "sprinkling" of the powder liner all over my cheek. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the brush fibers where "choppy" and uneven...will try a return of the brush before final approval of eyeliner. So disappointing......

Awful
I ordered this because of the clearance price. The colors are nice, but this is almost impossible to work with. SO soft and crumbly, makes a mess as soon as you touch it with the brush, hard to control. Makes no difference if you use it wet or dry. I'm keeping it, but I would never order this again, unless they change the formulation.

Why Is This On Clearance??
This is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It stays on all day, even through power naps! And it's easy to apply and doesn't feel as if I'm cutting my eyelids with glass, as some eyeliners do. I hope this will be back. I'm a fan!

Didn't have the staying power that I need.
With all of the glowing reviews I thought surely I could not go wrong with this product. I was wrong. Like another reviewer said, it was easy to apply and came off almost immediately. The colors are nice brown/navy and I like the brush. Also, the product seem to irritate my eyes and caused them to itch.
I'm going to see if my daughter can use this rather than send it back. Return postage is nearly as much as the actual product.
I am sorry that I could not give this a better review.

At Last
I have finally found THE perfect eyeliner. I have tried pencils, creams, liquids and cake liners. Philosophy is hands down the best. It applies easily and stays put until i remove it with Purity. No other liner has come close. I have stocked up since it is on clearance. BUT please keep carring it. More colors please.

Love this application and finished product
I have used alot of different eyeliners in my years, but this is very easy to apply and stays where you put it, even under the top eyelases, which I like to use there. It is buildable and the colors can be used separately or together to get a new look also. I am only sorry that I did not get this in time to try different colors, I have the brown/navy color I ordered this one and another Q brand at the same time, which came in a box with about five colors, a crayon type eyeliner, with a sharpener, that will be returned. it was not on sale and it crumbled just like an old crayola crayon would, but was much wetter and crumblier right out of the box, back it goes, shipping costs or whatever.. I am sorry that this Philosophy is obviously being discontinued, hence the clearance price, I would love to use this on and on and in other colors. Thanks Philosoply.

Really like this product
I am always hesitant in purchasing eye liner, because most of them do not live up to their hype. I was pleasantly surprised with this product; it actually lasts for several hours without fading or running. Colors are great as well. I did not give this a 5 because it is a little harder to apply, and I am not crazy about the brush. I solved the brush problem by using a brush from smashbox. I got this at a sale price, so that makes it even better. I would definitely give this a try if you are looking for a powder to liquid liner. It does what it says.

LOVE
I have tryed alot of eye lines but I have to say I Love this product. I have used it wet and dry. I use dry when around the house and wet when I need more. It goes on fast either way.

Easy to use
The brush is unique and creates be perfect line. I'm terrible when it comes o the liner portion of the eyes. This is truly an amazing product. At this price I'm going back for more.
