good convenient product
I like this product a lot. It is easy to use and I can throw it in my purse. The brush is soft and gives easy coverage so that you don't even have to use a mirror. The only downside of the product is that once activated you have to use within a certain amount if days. Other that that I would use this product again but might purchase the week long go smile product over the pen if I wanted a teeth whitening regime.

Not satisfied at all
I purchase this and the first order neither of them would come out. I twisted and twisted and no material came out on the brush. I sent them back for a replacement and the second ones were just as bad as the first. Could not get anything to come out of one and the second one I tried was so thick it eventually blew the brush off.

Dispenser is defective! Do not order.
I was never so disappointed with QVC in all the years of ordering from them! The dispensing mechanism in this pen does not work... and I've tried 6 of the pens over the past few weeks. Some of the pens twist and don't dispense any gel at all. One of the pens had congealed gel all over the tip and brush mechanism. The replacement process ended up sending me a defective replacement and sending a new order for which I was charged. Am awaiting return labels so as to return the pens that are useless and to finally get a refund. Please don't order this item.

Big mistake!
There,was no gel in either tube. I tried and tried but both were dry. Sending back for full refund.

Burned my mouth
This product burned the tissue inside of my mouth. I threw them in the garbage.

i bought 4 for gifts and none worked correctly. 3 of the 4 were totally useless and gel came out the side and not the top. sending all 4 back for return and refund. this does not even warrant 1 star, but had to give at least one.

Removes Stains
I use the pen once a day to remove/prevent tea stains on my teeth and crowns. The application is not as easy as shown on TV; the teeth have to be completely dry when applying the product otherwise it will not work and the quality of the brush definitely needs to be improved.

Defective!
The first tube I tried would not dispense product at all. When I tried the second tube, the dispensing end fell off. Sent back immediately. Would not buy anything in this brand line again. Wish I had read all reviews first.

Easy to Use...Awesome Results!
I am surprised to read some of the reviews! This product is FANTASTIC!
Couldn't be easier to use. Its very convenient to throw in a bag, purse or keep in an office desk drawer. The results are so great that I am back for more. ;) Not only does this product take care of coffee/tea, but it definitely brightens my smile on the go.

What's wrong with the brush?!
I cancelled A-D because after the 2nd use, the brush got really hard; not pliable at all and it stuck to my tooth!! I could not believe the same thing happened with the 2nd pen! Going back to Smileactives - their brush stays pliable until the tube is empty!! I would have given NO stars but at least one was required...

Poor quality control
Have used these before, but with the last order I received, the gel would not come out and the brush was very hard as though product had leaked into it and hardened. As I clicked the 2nd tube (as per instructions), the whole end of the tube popped off and gel spilled out. I called cust. service, and they sent 2 replacements. Exact same thing happened. I then called the manufacturer, who sent 2 more replaacements (different batch number). The center of the tube of the first one that I opened, slid off the end of the tube so that it cannot be twisted to get the gel out. Finally, the SIXTH tube that I opened, was operable. If the receptacle is this poor of quality, what about the product?

Easy To Use
This works and is so easy to apply and forget, unlike strips. I have finished one pen and my teeth are white.
