Expected More in Many Ways
As others have said, there is not much product here and the brush was so tiny it might be comfortable for Lilliputians but, not so much for humans. Sorry Laura.

Misses the Mark
I am a big Laura Geller fan but I think she missed the mark on this one. The colors are beutiful in the container but don't go on dark enough. You don't get much product for the price, either. I felt I was paying more for the container and presentation than for the eye shadow.

Disappointed
Although, I normally like Laura ,s product. This one misses the mark. The colors are pretty but come on so light barely looks like you have any on at all. It wasn't any better when applied wet.

Beautiful Colors, BUT...
I have loved all of the Laura Geller products that I have ordered, but this one is an exception. The colors of the eye shadows are absolutely beautiful, but there's not much there! The brush is so small that it is somewhere between difficult and impossible to use...you just can't hold it properly to apply the shadow. The compact itself is pretty, but entirely unnecessary. It us very small and the inside mirror is definitely too small to be of any use. In my opinion, this product is way overpriced...probably because of the compact.
I really hope that Laura will offer these colors in some other delivery system that is more reasonbly priced. Concentrate on the product and don't worry so much about having it in a cutsie little case.

over priced
the colors are pretty but don't have enough pigment. Brushes are to small. The pretty compact is totally unnessesary, Keep it simple Laura please. I do love your products.

Very nice
I really like this eye shadow compact. I knew when I saw it being demonstrated that the colors were my favorite colors. I read the reviews before ordering so I knew I would need a better applicator. But isn't that the case for most eye shadows? The applicators in the compacts are always tiny and not the best. Fortunately I had one already, which I use. The compact is very pretty and the colors are perfect.
I put no on recommending it as a gift because I don't buy makeup for other women. I feel that is a very personal choice. I can love something and my friend will hate it and vice versa.

eye shadow
I liked the colors, but the brush is too small. I sent back one because the color fell out of the pallette and got another one and it did the same thing!!! I love the colors, but the packaging is horrible. Please review your product, Ms. Geller. Thank you.

Pretty Case- shadows are perfect
I really like the colors of the shadows. I think the case is really pretty but the brush is too small. I also think this is a little costly for the size of product. I will keep using Laura's products because the apply perfectly and last!

First timer
As a first time user of LG products I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The eye colors are appropriate for any age and go on smoothly. I am "older" and that is always a concern. The brush was a little small and the packaging a little much but pretty. I would rather have more shaddow and less prettiness i.e. more bang for the buck. I will be tempted to try more LG products and would reccommend this one to a friend.

Wanna Like It
I love Laura Geller's Balance N Bright so decided to try the Baked Eye Palette. The colors are really pretty but it's very small and the brush is very small. Still haven't gotten the hang of using that yet. I will keep it and try other brushes with it to see if I can get it to where I like it. A little pricey for the size.

Doubly Great!
As a woman over 65, I'm very careful about my eye shadow. When I first tried this, I applied the Champagne Topaz all over the eye. I didn't like this look at all. Then I tried just the Rose Rold and Burnished Bronze. I prefer to use the colors wet. The Champagne Topaz I put in the center of the eye lid. This color was used dry. Absolutely love it this way and also, I've been using the Champagne in the center with all of my other colors. Laura, you may have to make a separate Champagne Topaz. Ladies, it's just a touch of sparkle you'll love!

Lovely
Laura's products are high-quality, long-lasting, and true to the photos as far as color is concerned. The shadows are velvety, easy to apply, do not crease, and this is one of my favorite palettes. Yes, it is a little more expensive than what you would normally pay for eyeshadow but the compact is the prettiest one I have ever owned. When the shadows are gone I will definitely find another use for it. This was a treat myself just because purchases and I'm glad I did. This would be great for gift-giving also.
