Best thing i ever bought
My boyfriend bought this for me because he saw how many times i had watched it being demonstrated as i was sceptical myself as i had wasted so much money in the past on useless products. He loves my longer hair though and its allways in a ponytail because its thin and allways frizzy looking unless i curl it and at 58 yrs old it gets a little tiresome to spend all that time on my hair everyday. Well i finally used it for the first time tonight and i have to tell you its the best product i have ever used on my hair. The very first time my hair feels thicker less frizzier and as soft and a babies hair. I need to get my split ends cut off and do a few things to keep from further damaging my hair but i will now that i finally found a product worth useing. I had given up and because of that didnt keep the end of my blow dryer and good brushes, so i need to purchase these things now but anyone who dosent beleave in this product or is having trouble then you must be useing it wrong because if it worked this good for my fine frizzy lifeless hair it will work for anyone, dont give up on it as its worth every penny. I also have my cosmetologist license and can get the best products sold in salons but theres nothing like this. Thank you so much Chaz for making this product. Linda

good product but may be cost prohibitive
I have been using this for about a month. My really curly thick over 50 hair has reacted well to this product. I gave it only a three because it is very expensive. I have to use more of the product because my hair is very thick. For this reason some may find it too expensive to use every time you clean your hair. if you have naturally blond hair you will notice a very much improved richness of color. I haven't highlighted my hair since I have started using this product so my hair is in its natural color because I had not colored not highlighted it for over a year because color just wasn't holding and coloring and highlighting was becoming damaging to my hair Since using this product I have noticed the color of my naturally blond hair is much richer.

Lovin it!!
I tried wen a few years ago and lost hair later figured out it was unrelated to wen so decided to try again Wow! Am totally lovin it and especially the pomegranate scent it's a nice light not overwhelming scent! I am truly enjoying my new hair with wen it's much softer to the touch and was even told by a hair stylist that she sees new growth yea!!

You have to give it a chance to work....
For those of you that stated you only used a few times and didn't like, you must give it a chance to work.....if your hair is truly damaged 5 or 6 times will not magically undo the damage to your hair. Now is the perfect time to "re-try" the product with the return policy until the end of January 2013......when I first tried the product 4 yrs ago, I didn't like it either...or, I just didn't get it.....but.....I stuck w/it for the entire month and watched the video of how to correctly use the product, cleanse, rinse, repeat....anyway.....my hair has never looked more healthy and I will soon be 50.....I am in the pool year round, sunshine, etc and have no damage or split ends....every time I go home to visit my family I get so many comments as to how healthy my hair looks and everyone wants to know what I am using....:).....as with any type of "beauty" product, you must give it a chance to work!

Chaz Dean's Snake Oil
I was really excited to get this and highly disappointed. There was absolutely no change to my hair. After watching the presentation again, I realized the girls that he has on don't have damaged hair. They have normal hair which he transforms into amazing hair through his products and styling. That may be why there are mixed reviews. This will not magically transform dry, frizzy, damaged hair into anything worth getting excited about. It's a good "shampoo" and if not for the high price tag to go along with it I might have kept it, but it is definitely not worth the cost.
I used the product 5 or 6 times as I really wanted it to work but it did nothing, good or bad.

Can't see a difference
I have used the Wen Fig shampoo conditioner on my hair and it did better than the Pomegranate. Pomegranate doesn't seem to do anymore for my hair than my regular shampoo and it seems to appear to have a "dirty, greasy look sooner than when I shampoo with the Fig. I saw on TV that it would have more suds when you shampoo but I did not find that to be true. I would not buy again.

Absolutely Amazing
Was a little skeptical at first, but after just the first use I was hooked!! Love, love, love this product - so much so that I wouldn't even consider ever using anything else on my baby fine hair. It's the best thing I've ever used. Thanks Chaz Dean for a tremendous product!

Love this product!
I love this pomegranate collection! M<y husband uses the cleansing shapoo also, he has white hair, and it is beautiful! I was amazed! My hair has been colored SOOO much, but all Chaz Dean Wen that i have used is good for me1 I like the Pomegranate and 6/13 mixed together best. Love the replenishing mist too! It's a little pricey, but i am worth it! lol

I had high hopes for the WEN products when I ordered it as a Today's Special Value. I hated it. I read and re-read the directions to make sure I was doing it right but all it did was make my hair greasy and dull. It felt as if I'd dumped a tube of gel on my hair.

I'm a WEN girl.
I've been using WEN since November 2011 and I absolutely love the Pomegranate products. I've gotten my husband and daughter hooked as well. Using WEN makes my life so easy and my hair has never done better.
