Bang for the Buck
I owned a faux suede set years ago that I loved but I could not find anything else that was comparable. I bought two skirts, black and purple. I was pleasantly surprise. Not only was the fabric gorgeous but it was designed beautifully. I would definately recommend this skirt. It can be worn casually or dressy. I am now interested in exploring the rest of Louis' line.

Lovely
You can tell a well made, gentile garment. The inside finishing of this skirt is carefully done. The satin lining lends elegance. Will be perfect with my riding boots. Cannot find this quality in the ready-to-wear stores unless one is purchasing the designer goods with many $$$$$$.

A classic!
I'm 5'7'', 135 lbs & the small fits me perfectly. The skirt is longish so perhaps shorter women should pass on this one. The skirt is very flattering, no tummy bulge visible, looks like real suede (I got it in grey) & any average or tall woman can wear it regardless of her age .

Beautiful skirt, but too long
I was excited to get my skirt, but when I tried it on it was waaaay to long for me. It was past my ankles and touching the top of my feet. I am 5ft 4in. Back it goes. It is beautifully made and the fabric is very nice. I am sorry it did not work for me.

Good Old Fashoned QUALITY!!!
I usually don't bother to write a review,especially when there are already as many as this terrific skirt has, but I am doing so regardless. I am 62 so I remember all the great NY designers of years past, and Louis is included in that group. This skirt is representative of what great design and excellent workmanship should be. The fit, the feel, and attention to detail is excellent. I purchased a small, and just tried it on about 1/2 hr ago, and knew it was a keeper immediately. Did I mention that the price is crazy. I work at a well known department store, and could not touch this quality for less than 80 or 90 bucks. The faux suede is soft and very realisitc. Very, very happy with this purchase.

too big and too long
My first Dell Olio skirt purchase so did not know his clothes run large in skirts. I ordered my usual size xsmall. Even the xxsmall would be too big in the waist and hips so unfortunately will be returned. If you are taller I think you will love this well made, lined and flowy skirt. The material is perfect weight and the fabric is soft. Too bad it did not fit me anywhere. I am 5'3'' and the skirt was just above my ankles. Would have needed 4 inches taken up to hit me at attractive length with boots.

Want in Expresso or a deeper medium brown
This would REALLY be wonderful in an Expresso color, or a richer medium brown color!!! Please make more! THANKS!

Linea Faux Suede Riding Skirt
Beautiful!!!!!!!!! Not too heavy. Hangs beautifully. Comfortable to walk in and sit in. Will be beautiful this fall/winter. I got the black and it is really lovely. Makes me look like I have dropped several pounds. Winner!!!!
Linea, you do wonderful work. Not everything works for me, but the ones that do are true winners!!!!! I love your v-neck maxis too. I got two of them this past summer and I wear them a lot. Lots of compliments!!!!

Terrific!!!!
I'm 5'0". This skirt goes to my ankles. The material is very soft with a lovely lining inside. Thank you QVC for your patience with me. The fist skirt I ordered was way to large so I sent it back re-ordering the skirt in an XS only to find that it was way to small. I sent the XS back and ordered a small. Finally!!!! The right size. It couldn't have happened if QVC hadn't worked with me to get this lovely skirt. I purchased it in black and taupe. I would recomment this skirt for everyone - you wont be sorry. You can dress this skirt up, wear it to the office, or just wear it casually.

Pretty but doesn't fit me
Nice quality but unfortunately the M is a little too big and a Sm would be too small. The Faux suede is a bit stiff compared to other garments I have had. Good quality but I like more flow to the suede cloth.

Just perfect...
At age 56, I am the girl who generally shops clearance, easy pay, or "as is" in order to be frugal and keep the hubby happy. But this skirt I bought full price. Why? Because occasionally a girl has to splurge on a PERFECT item and this was perfect. Perfect fit, perfect color, perfect fabric, perfect length and above all a perfect price point. Ladies, do NOT pass this one up. Louis Dell-Olio is one of my all-time favorite designers and if you're going to splurge, do it on this line. You will NOT be sorry!

Gorgeous skirt, great value
This is a beautiful, rich looking skirt. It really looks like real suede, I am 5'2 and am a size 4 and the xs was too big on my waist and much too long even with boots. This skirt is such a good quality ( it is even lined) and such a good value that I am ordering the xxs and hoping that it fits on the waist. If it does, I will just get the length taken up...it will be worth it. If you are petite, you will run into the same problem. I am sending the xs back and really hope the xxs fits. If you are a taller gal, this is a gorgeous skirt that I know you will love it, don't hesitate to try it!
