Functional, attractive, roomy
Purchased after a lot of thought and I'm glad I did. At first I was worried it was too heavy, but I think the weight is okay-especially because you can wear it in the crook of your arm for the times I'm carrying heavier things like a larger water bottle. If you want a light bag, i would read the bag weight carefully. The cross body strap is very nice and comfortable. The pocket in front is great for your cellphone. I have it in black and it can dress up an outfit. It can fit a ton of stuff, which is great in the winter when I can shove my kids' gloves, hats, and scarves in it when out. The edging on the handle has peeled a tad, which is a bummer, hence the 4 stars. I think it is because I stored it hanging on a hook. I can see myself using this a lot and for many years. I think the style is a lot cuter than other similar "speedy" or Boston bags. It is true that the bag's sides pull up when you wear crossbody. If that will bother you, don't buy. I think it's fine because I feel the crossbody is for functional purposes. When you want the bag to look its best, just use the handles, which I can wear on my shoulder as well. Recommend.

Love this bag!
It is true that the bag has no structure, but for me that is the beauty of it. I can fit so much in it and yet fold it into a suitcase for travel. Leather is soft and supple.

Not sure yet
As another review stated, this bag is beautiful when full of the stuffing that comes with it when shipped; however, once you take that out, it doesn't have any shape and looks odd when worn cross body. I'm going to try it for a few days to see if it will look ok with my stuff in it, or if it won't be full enough.
To sum it up....beautiful color (brown) and leather, needs to be full to look ok on with crossbody wear.

Heavy and Ungainly
I was hoping this would be more classic than it was but I was disappointed. The bag is heavy, very unstructured and doesn't open as wide as I would have liked. Would have been better if the zipper was about an inch or so longer on each side so that it would be easier to get into the bag. Back it will go.

Get yours before it's gone.
After reading all the reviews on this satchel I was prepared to want to return it. I am surprised by the negativity from a few ladies who perhaps did not pay attention or do their homework before purchasing. Don't fault the bag, it is exactly as intended.
The dimensions are right there in the description and in the video Rachael demonstrates how this bag collapses easily for travel. This bag is brilliant Rachael!
Ladies here is the deal: This is a satchel. It is designed for those of us that do not travel light. True that when this is cross body it only looks good when the bag has enough to fill it up. With a fuller bag the wider strap is perfect and quite comfortable. Made intentionally to carry the weight of a heavier load comfortably.
For lighter travel when you have less in the bag simply take off the strap and stick it in the bag. It looks great when carried by the handles whether there is only a few things in it or it is stuffed full.
The pockets are well thought out and the lining is beautiful. Sorry the pebble leather does not feel like "butter" yet is soft and very good quality. The brown color is lovely. The antiqued hardware on the pieces that hold the handles are not finished as well as they should be but that is not easily noticeable. The rest of the hardware on my bag is flawless.
If you have been on the fence about this bag try it before it is gone! This is my second Luxe bag and I love it. In the past I have not paid this much but Rachael has sold me on the quality, beauty and cleaver design. I am happy to pay well for the brilliance and attention to detail.

GREAT BUY!
I have been looking at this bag for quite sometime.Originally I had on my wish list in the Olive color. I saw it went on clearance and decided to get the only color available which was chocolate. I'm so glad I did, It is Beautiful.It reminds me of of a very expensive brown broken in leather pocketbook. It's very rich looking,It actually is the same color as Nutella.YUM! yes it's big but I'm a big poketbook girl.The best part is how it slouches. If you want a bag with structure, this bag is not for you.Unless you purchase an insert for it. The shoulder strap is much wider and thicker than other bags, (that's the beauty) you can travel with this bag easily.I tend to go for different and sophisticated, this fits the bill.The tassels are fun and the hardware is edgy. I Love my new bag and consider it a Great Buy.

Not as expected
I really wanted to like this bag but I'm not too pleased with it. Size is a bit too big for me although the size had it at 14" but because the bag is slouchy it is bigger than I wanted. I think I will be sending this back. Although the tassels are wonderful and I fell in love with them and I also liked the idea that it had NO zippers on the sides -- I am so tired of all those zippers! Did I say I loved - loved - loved the tassels and to make it more difficult to send this back is that it had two TASSELS. !!!!! I will hold on to this bag a few more days and play with those tassels and hope I can really love this bag.
To all the designers of bags -- less zippers and more tassels! Thank you.

Sophisticated Bag!
I have been looking for a different black bag for quite a while. When I saw this one on clearance thought I would give it a try. I have purchased other RZ merchandise and she never disappoints. Well I received this bag the other day and really did't know what to think. The leather is very soft, the interior has many organizational pockets and I just love the tassels on the zipper. The only thing I wasn't sure of was the bag has no structure at all. It just puddles when you set it down. So, I decided to use it the past few days and I absolutely love it! The softness of the bag actually helps it contour to your body when it is over your shoulder. I haven't used the long strap yet and don't think I ever will I just don't care for the look. But I am very pleased I gave this one a try!

LOVE this bag !
This bag is awesome! It holds sooooo much stuff, but isn't overly huge or
large looking - but you can fill it up, believe me. I'm a girl who needs 'a bag"
to hold all my stuff. I bought this bag at the original price too.....so I would
absolutely say to grab it at such a discount !! Love it....

Love this purse!
My friend had this purse and I fell in love with it. I had to by it. So I did. I love it! I bought it in Olive and it's so beautiful and comfortable.

Skeptical, but I'm a believer!
This was my first "big bag" purchase and I love it. I purchased it for travelling, but have found I use the over-the-shoulder strap frequently when shopping or in every day hustle and bustle with full hands. I love this bag- I have always favored one big compartment, which this has, but it also has smaller pockets which are easy to identify (i.e. I put my cell in the exterio pocket with the logo all the time and lipsick in the inside logo pocket all the time) I was always losing things in my other bags.
While this doesn't have the actual structure of other bags, this always looks good when it's being held.

beautiful, but
I purchased this bag because I was looking for a larger sized crossbody bag for commuting on the train. The leather is of good quality, very soft and touchable. The strap is wider than most bags, but still easy to wear, adjustable and very comfortable. The problem I had with the bag, was the bottom. It is huge! I know speedy bags are supposed to be large, but my husband kept calling it a duffel bag. The huge bottom also meant that it was hard to hold the bag close as a crossbody style. It was too difficult to carry as an everyday bag, so as much as I liked the look of it, I decided to return it. I will try another LRZ bag in hopes that it will work better.
