Love this!!
I had been looking at this purse for over 2 months, finally purchased it when it was available on the 5 Easy Pay option, Got the chestnut, and I have to say, LOVE IT! The color chestnut is GORGEOUS and there is not one slngle thing that I do not like about this satchel. Great size, beautiful, classy purse that will never go out of style. Love that i can also wear it on my shoulder or crossbody, great to have multiple options with that. Thanks QVC and Dooney & Bourke!

Disappointed in first D&B purchase
I am a purse-aholic. I have LVs, Marc Jacobs, Ferragamo on the high end and right down the food chain. My latest faves are Spartina totes.
I bought this purse for work last January and have been carrying it since. It looks good, an d I have gotten a few compliments on it.
However, it is just a smidgeon too small. My iPad does not fit in it, as the openings are too tight. (Please note a mini iPad would probably fit.) I think if it were just an inch or so wider, or is it longer, it would be a more versatile bag. Something about it just does not work.
The shoulder strap constantly slips off ones shoulder, and the handles are always up or down, but never handy. Purse has brass foots, but the purse does not stand up and often falls over if on table or desk.
All in all, a nice looking purse but just doesnt quite make the grade, especially at $300. That is a lot of money for a inconvenient bag. I'm going to try and sell on eBay and recover some of my investment. No more D&B for me.......

MUST HAVE BAG
This is a must have bag! The leather is immaculate and the design is elegant. I’m a Dooney & Bourke handbag lover. You can’t go wrong with this bag. As always, the materials are the top of the line and this design is a go anywhere style for both dress up and dress down. This is a very high class bag full of character and lots of pockets. I selected the white with brown trim and WOW and I mean WOW. The exterior is so beautiful, each pocket, strap and the handles are amazing because of the sturdy construction and the smooth feel. The red interior is a major splash of energy and the interior is just as important as the exterior. There is nothing that compares to Dooney & Bourke and this is a must have bag that is a wonderful compliment to a dress as well as a cute pair of jean shorts and tee shirt.

Amazing Bag
this is my favorite Dooney and Bourke. i have a few, larger and smaller. this one is the perfect size. i can fit everything and then some, without it ever being bulky or too heavy. i love the fact that i can wear it as a crossbody bag as well, or just use the smaller handles and carry it. it gives you that flexibility. the colors are amazing. i have chestnut and now the turquoise. i would recommend the chestnut or the natural if you are making your first purchase. they go with everything and the colors are so rich.
great leather, soft and squishy but still maintains its structure all the time. i can see myself wearing this bag for a LONG time, and coming back for more colors. DOONEY AND BOURKE please do not ever discontinue this bag.

WILL NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE
Like most Dooney's, this bag will look current 30 years from now. This is my 5th Dooney & Bourke and my first Florentine leather. I am surprised at how little difference the Florentine leather has versus the regular leather. Think I will stick with the regular for the price difference. However, this is a beautiful bag which is the perfect size.

I needed a Dooney & Bourke that was a little smaller than my other pocketbooks; but it needed to be able to carry the same amount of 'stuff '. Well, this purse is definitely it ! Great looking Florentine Leather and all the extra room with the front outside pocket and the back slit pocket for the cell phone. I purchased the black for style and seasonal flexibility and couldn't be more pleased. I love my D&Bs.

Pleasantly Suprised - Very Nice!
A little concerned about the weight of this bag after reading reviews but the weight on this bag is not even anything at all. I've had both left & right rotator cuff surgeries and need to be mindful of my handbag weight. This purse is a beauty. I got it in the navy. It's just quality all around. Not too big, not too small; gorgeous. I'll probably buy another color because the leather is so nice. I've had no zipper problems and I'm very happy with this purchase.

it's a classic!
I got this in taupe and love the beautiful detail on the bag. It's a very well made satchel and the size is just right. I'm in love with the Florentine collection! The leather has a smooth finish and everything is all in the details. I'm glad I listened to one of my favorite host, Lisa, she was right~ it's a classic bag that can grow with time. Too bad I won't be able to keep it to myself +_+ My mother saw it and I had to hand it over, hahaha. You won't regret this buy, I promised!

Nice bag, but very heavy.
I had been looking for a nice dark brown bag and was eyeing it for awhile. Decided to order it when it went on easy pay. Like that it has outside pockets (unlike many Dooney bags) the size, color and styling are great, but I have health issues and for me the bag without contents is already very heavy. So disappointed! Debating if I will keep it!

Love this
I saw the bag on TV and I knew I would love it. When I received it I started carrying it right away. It is a perfect size – not too big and not too small. The back slit pocket is perfect to keep the iphone within reach at all times while the front flap pocket stores other quick access items. The leather is gorgeous and the tassels give it a great look. Every day I get compliments from strangers as well as coworkers. Love…love…Love this purchase.
