Did nothing for me
I had high hopes and would have loved to give this a good review, but sadly it did nothing to help my hot flashes. I have suffered from hot flashes for the past seven years and have taken bio-identical hormones, which help to reduce them, but not eliminate. I was hoping to get off the hormones with the aid of this product, or even just to feel better. I can't say that I got any relief at all.

Waste of money!
This product DID NOTHING for me. Iam almost done with the pills and it did not stop the hot flashes.
Instead, I found a natural tea that worked the first time I used it!

Relieves hot flashes
I started with this product Sept. 2011 and after a couple of weeks I thought it was helping but to be sure when the bottle was empty I stopped taking them. Within a few days I was back to consistant hot flashs and anxiety so I started again and bye bye anxiety and so fewer flashes, as well as helping with the night sweats...so much better!
Please do a TSV on this item with auto delivery and keep us girls cool and dry! Thanks much QVC.

It works and no side effects!
Been using this product since September 2011 and am very pleased with results. Had just started experiencing minor hot flashes and night sweats and, since taking Dr. Kara's supplement, all have disappeared. And I have not had any untoward side effects. I do wish the price could be maintained lower - my original shipments were $39.60 a bottle and now the price has elevated to $43.50 in only 4 months! Expensive for a natural supplement.......

THIS STUFF ROCKS!
I was rather skeptical when I saw this product on the Q, but since I was suffering so badly from hot flashes, I figured I had nothing to lose by giving it a try. Boy am I glad I did! This stuff does what it says it will do. As long as I take this product, I don't have ANY hot flashes! When I ran out, they came back. QVC, please consider putting this on auto-delivery. I never want to be without it!

Works for me
I just ordered my second shipment. It took about 4 weeks to see much effect,
but now I seem to be cold quite a bit. This is a big change from a month ago.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the price. Think it is too expensive.

THE JURY IS STILL OUT
I'm 62 and have suffered with VERY bad hot flashes and night sweats since I was 55. I was on HRT for 12 years and decided to get off of them do to my age and my doctor's suggestion. I have been taking this product for almost the full 45 days and have not seen a decrease in my symtoms at all. I've order another 45 day supply as I know that sometimes with natural products such as vitamins it can take a couple of months to be effective. I'm going to take them another 45 days and I'll get back to everyone on my progress.

It Worked For Me!
I had been having a lot of hot flashes for the last few months - I saw the video on QVC one morning and ordered it immediately. I noticed the difference after taking for just a few days. Incredible! It has been one month with full relief from the flashes! I will keep taking and update as time goes on. Thanks!

I am beginning to feel this product working. I hope to see how I feel after the 45 days! My symptoms of hot flashes and night sweats have lessened. Thanks for offering a natural product!

Noticed a difference
I"ve been taking for about a week. I have noticed that the hot flashes are not as intense and the night sweats are less frequent and not as intense as well. I will continue to take this product.

This Product Works!!
I've been shopping with QVC for over 15 years and bought hundreds of products and never given a review until now. This product really works. I'm beside myself!! I've suffered with menopausal symptoms for 10 years - hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, mood swings, etc. and taken every product known to man and nothing has worked until now. I've been taking this for about 12 days now and my hot flashes have all but disappeared and my other symptoms have subsided as well. Please don't stop selling this product. I highly recommend this to other sufferers like myself.
