Beautiful but heel slips
The style and appearance of this beautiful shoe is definitely a 5-star rating, but I could not get the shoes to stay on my feet when I walked. My heels came out of them on the first step. I tried putting a thin pad in the front of the shoe to see if that would help keep my foot from moving forward, but it didn't help. The dark lavender is a gorgeous color and isn't too purple but a dusty neutral color. Hard shoe for me to have to return because it is just that good-looking. I hope they can redesign this shoe so that it will work for more of us. Worth a try to see if the shape of your foot will work with it. Ordering down a size would not be the answer for me. The size 6 I normally wear in a heel was my correct size.

Tried 3 pair - each had flaw at heel
and not only hurt my heels, but gave me blisters. Had to return each pair, because the band sewn around top of shoe was folded over on the heel end of the shoe.
This is second 1 star review I am writing, my one star reviews usually don't make it to print, let's see if this one will.

Disappointed
I liked these pumps on TV but found out that the lining is visible, the soles are made out of plastic with no flexibility and the bows are oversized. Sorry, but I have to send them back. I am waiting for quality shoes made by Italian professionals.

Heel Too Big
These shoes are clearly good quality and look/feel nice. For the most part they are comfortable but my heel falls out of them easily. I have to use inserts in the back to help keep my heel in place. Would be ideal for a woman with a slightly wide/thick heel. When I first got them the leather had a bad odor to it. I assumed the odor would fade, but sadly I can still smell it a few months later.

So disappointed....
I should have read the reviews before I ordered this shoe. While the shoe is very lovely; the design is so off. I couldn't keep the shoes from flippiing off my heels because the bottom of the shoe has NO flex - - very strange design. Returned the shoes for a refund.

Beautiful - too large in heel
Fits and looks perfect EXCEPT, as others say, my heel slips out of the shoe. I'm going to get some gizmo to prevent that because I love the shoe. Tinganello, please take note of the sizing issues from other customers!

Pretty but not a good fit for me
Love the understated neutral lavender color. The suede feels nice to the touch. Liked the style very much and has a pretty sexy heel. My problem is keeping them on when I walk. They just want to pop right off the back of my foot. They are my right size except for this slippage factor. Any smaller and I would not be able to get into them. I get the feeling it's not the size that is at issue as much as the lack of plyability of the suede on the foot. I am used to my shoe fitting more like a glove. I will sadly have to send these back.

A Little Bit of Retro
I loved the styling of these shoes, and they didn't disappoint on arrival. The dark lavender is almost a grey, it is a beautiful neutral that will go with much of my wardrobe. They are very comfortable. I ordered my normal size 7 1/2 and found them to be just a bit big, probably because my feet are somewhat narrow. I'm sure I can adjust that with a heel insert.

love them but--
Every shoe in my shoe wardrobe is either a 9 & 1/2 or a 10. I quickly ordered this shoe when I first saw it presented because of the pretty style and the reasonable heel. To my surprise, when they arrived and I tried them on, they were so tight I couldn't walk across the room in the size 10. I would have loved to keep them because they are really a perfect work shoe but the sizing was way off. I not so vain that I wouldn't try the next larger size but I do know that the sizing in this particular shoe is no where near true to size. What a shame.

Great shoe except...
Very impressed with how beautifully packaged the shoes were...classy looking box and each shoe individually wrapped in protective plastic and paper wrapping to protect the bow. Beautiful leather and styling and very comfortable except my feet keep slipping out of the shoes when I walk. Trying to decide whether to try and make adjustments with foot pads or return them. Maybe this style in a slingback?

Nice shoe,but...
Beautiful shoe but just too narrow, I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Quality is good and the shoe is well made although it has a funky smell. I would definately have kept the shoes but just too narrow.

LOVE THIS PUMP
SUEDE IS BEAUTIFUL ... LOVE COLORS ... BOUGHT ALL THREE ... MORE PLEASE! I WEAR A 10W, BUT WAS ABLE TO FIT INTO THE 11M ... HARD TO FIND CUTE SHOES IN LARGE/WIDE SIZES! WISH MORE WIDES AND 10-1/2 SZ'S WERE ADDED TO COLLECTIONS.
