Poor coverage
I purchased Light / Medium. The color was too fair for me and the application was poor. Honest, I am a Phlosophy girl! This product was disapointing. Too light and poor coverage. The product settled in my pores and creases. I will continue to purchase their other products.

Keep it coming
First things first, I am an african american and LOVE this product.
This is the first foundation that just blended with my skin and has spf of 25.
I LOVE IT. Believe it or not I tan easily too. I didn't have to worry about
appearing made up.I just look good. It's me just better. I think the fact
that I use purity,micro andhope in a jar helps as well. I put in on and look better the longer it's on.I am writing this review b/c I don't see my color which is DEEP. I saw anothercustomer state that they hope it's not being d/c'ed. I feel the same way.
My hope is that it's going to come back better (which I don't know how it could) :)
I NEED, I NEED. I really don't want to have to start the search again for a foundation and turn orange and red in the process. It's so hard for women of color to find a color that matches. I gave it 4 stars b/c of the compact but the foundation is a 5 star product. I hope you guys keep it coming. I know this is long but I had to express my concern.:)

a little bit disappointed
BUT so far this product settles in my wrinkles. Maybe I am too old, (65) I take good care of my skin and need a good foundation.

Gave it a try...
I LOVE the Divine Illumination broad spectrum foundation with the SPF 50 and the light to medium in that looks great on me. Took a chance with this one and it just doesn't work as well.
The shade is just a little too light and the coverage on my combination skin is not all that I need, so I am regretfully returning. I would exchange to see if the medium shade works better, but it's all gone, so I'm out of luck.
I had no problem with the compact and liked how secure it was and the separate brush compartment is genius, so the three stars.
I would recommend this to my friends who have drier skin, this might be perfect for them, but not as a gift, makeup is kind of personal.

Hopeful
I hope Philosophy is not discontinuing this wonderful foundation. I absolutely love it! I need the tan shade
and see that it is not available in that shade.
Please bring it back!!!!

First Time Trying this Foundation
Not sure about shade/color.
Wondering about expiration date. Expires May 2013, received no invoice.
Order another shade, expires Aug. 2013 received invoice.
Like the cream-to-satin feel. Hope one shade works for me.

blends and looks great
I love the way this is packaged. --so easy --better packaged then other brands. goes on smooth and doesnt cake on skin I got the light to medium and looks great. If I were you I would give this a try --- you wont regret it.

Compact needs to be changed
I like the make-up, but after ordering 3 of these, I am done due to the compact. Everything single one has broken before the make-up is half gone. I've had to use a rubber band to keep them closed. It really needs to be re-designed.

Once blended, this foundation provides beautiful and flawless/natural coverage.

Did Nothing Special
I usually use High End Makeup, and this did not compare to that. I felt it went on looking a little yellow based I had ordered the medium. I have used medium in BE so I figured that would be a good choice. Sent it back. Don't see what it is that the other reviewers liked. Sorry!

Perfect foundation
I have been trying to find a foundation that covered but wasn't too heavy for years. I tried this and it is exactly what I have been looking for. I love the way it goes on and the way it looks when it is on. It is a beautiful, slightly satin look that I love. I ordered one skin tone darker as suggested on one of the presentations and it looks so much better than what I normally use. This is a great product, better than any foundation I have ever used. I am 62 and need coverage but didn't want something that was heavy and obviously "make-up". I am so pleased with this product.
