total waste of money
I got this product just as I was leaving on a trip so thought it would be a good opportunity to see how well it would work. As it turned out this was a poor plan. Because I was out of the country returning it was not possible. Consequently I am out a fairly good amt. of money for a product no better than a jar of nivea from the drugstore.
I have and still do use some perricone products. This one, however, either needs to be deleted or go back to the drawing board. Reading other reviews I find that I am not alone in finding this product lacking in it's stated capabilities.

DID NOTHING...VERY DISAPPOINTED
I couldn't wait to receive this item and start using it. After a month of faithfully using it twice a day I was extremely disappointed. On day 30 my skin looked no different then it did on day one! A lot of money spent on something that doesn't do what it promises to do :(

Sending it BACK
I debated wheather to buy Perricones MD Acyl-Gluthione because it was so expensive...but after seeing the presentation one Friday night I decided to buy it....I ordered and couldnt wait to get it so that I could start using it.... after using it 30 days , morning and evening I was dissappointed....the only diffrence I saw was that it dried my skin out....I actually use drug store brands (ROC) (BOOTS from Target) that work so much better for way way less money...So back to my old products, sending this BACK!!

no improvement in 11's, nasial, forehead, or elasticity. This brand always has consumer studies. I'd rather try scientific studies.

TOO LITTLE PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE!!!
too little product, not enough results will stick with PTR and isomers. I did not dislike this product but for the price did not notice any improvement

really???
i purchased this product, believing only a fraction of the hype. after using it, i believe none of it.
the q carries so many much less expensive products that are far more superior.

Beautiful skin!
I am in my late 60's and started using this product about 9 months ago. The difference in the texture and smoothness of my skin is amazing. It is smooth, clear, and looks like I am using a facial product that costs hundreds of dollars more. I am very pleased with the results that this product has made on my skin. It definitely will stay on my order list.

Meh.
I have been using this day and night along w/ the Acyl G eyelid cream, cold plasma during the day and neuropeptide cream at night for several months and haven't noticed any changes in my skin whatsoever. I'm 39 w/ moderate sun damage and was looking for a dramatic change to the positive---I haven't seen that change. The only change I see is in my bank account! You would think for how expensive these products are, you would get some serious results.

No visible results
I used two full jars of this, figuring I'd give it a good long trial period, but the only benefit I noticed was that it made my skin very soft. I was hoping it would help firm up my sagging skin. I do not have an issue with fine lines so I can't say whether it works in that regard, but it definitely does not work for firming/tightening, so it's much too expensive to continue using if all it does is make skin softer.

Amazing! Love it!
I'm a scientist and I bought this product because I know what a wonderful molecule glutathione is and how it combats oxidative stress (which translates into signs of aging on our skin). I love the way this product instantly makes your skin feel (I'm assuming there are some silicone derivatives that give you this super smooth feel), but that alone is not enough to make me happy. It really has made a difference in my skin. I've had great skin my whole life, then suddenly in my 30s strange things began to happen. I'm quite happy to say that after using this, my skin is back to the way it was in my 20s. Woohoo!

Saw real improvements in my skin
I had gotten to nearly the 30 day period and needed to make a decision about keeping this product. Though I liked everything about it, I couldn't really say that it made a big difference in the deep lines. But because I noticed some softening, I decided to keep it beyond the 30 days even though I knew that meant getting stuck with if I didn't like it. Well, am I ever glad I kept it because in the next 60 days, I say major - and I mean MAJOR - improvements in my deep creases. I now never want to be without this cream. I only use it once a day because it is so pricey and I am broke, but it's good to know that even at once a day you will see wonderful changes, if you give it enough time. I wish the company gave an extended return policy, because that would enable people to give it more time to work. I am 55 with very good skin, thanks to QVC and Dr. Perricone. I have virtually no lines on my forehead. Unfortunately, this did not take away the nasolabial folds, but they have softened considerably and my skin has tightened overall. I really love this product!!
