How do I apply it:

Apply Halo hydrating perfecting powder as foundation or finishing powder. Grind the dial to release the perfect amount.

For a natural look, apply the Bone shade of eye shadow from the lashline to natural crease and inner corners. Follow with Rosegold in the natural crease and outer corners. Finally, apply the Taupe
shade on the upper lashline.

For a dramatic look, apply Warm Pink from lashline to slightly above natural crease. Follow with Shimmering Brown in the natural crease and outer corners.

Next comes the Waterproof Shadow Liner. Apply with brush #30 in a sweeping motion along the bottom lashline.
