I never write a review about skin products until I feel I have given them a good shot at working. So this is about my second bottle of Line Reducing Concentrate.I have not tried this particular eye creme from Kiehls but I have tried another one they make and I liked it.
I love this product. I am 71 and I have probably tried a little bit of just about anything on the market.
I have sensitive skin and rosacea.... otherwise pretty good skin that I try to take good care of.
I swear to you after I started using this product and
cleaning my face with my Clarisonic I see a big difference. My skin feels soft, lines seem diminished even a couple of dark spots are less noticeable to me. I don't think they mention it but I think it reduces redness too.
It does not irritate my face or cause a rosacea outbreak.
Like I said this is my second bottle. I had the same problem as some of the other reviewers.My first pump did not work.. after about 2 pumps.. kaput!
I used q tips to finish off the bottle.
My new pump #2.. works perfectly so maybe they heard you all and fixed it.
I know not all products work for all people but
for me this is really fabulous and I hope they keep it around forever.

good product bad delivery system
I love this face product, in my experience it exceeds the two P lines qvc sells, but the pump is faulty and wastes and certainly ends up with a contaiminated product- please inisist that they fix this.

Great Product - - Pump needs repairs
I love this product - the eye cream is just right and the serum has a perfect
balance of moisture and lightness. Feels great on my skin and would be the
best if the pump worked. I liked the product and did not send it back but I'm
sure that I am wasting a lot by not being able to use the pump. I will buy this
again, but PLEASE fix the pump issue. You have a winning product there and
a quick fix would make it a lot better!!!!
I am 66 and have used lots of things - - this is a great product!!!

Slightly disappointed
After almost a month of use, I'm sorry to say that on MY skin and eyes, I can't tell a marked difference. I had hoped -- PRAYED -- that it would work as well on me as others had touted, but, alas, it just isn't making a noticeable difference especially around my eyes (which is where I need the most help.) I'll keep on using it until it's gone, but won't be reordering unless something miraculous happens in the process!

Defective pump dispenser!
Sadly this is a great product (no issues with the eye cream) but the pump dispenser for the face serum is stuck in locked position and unable to get product out of bottle without unscrewing lid which delivers WAY to much of such a concentrated product. QVC exchanged first order and exact same problem with second bottle - worked for 2 or 3 days then locked up! Noticed others have had same problem with this product sold in another Kiehl's set on QVC. PLEASE correct this issue so an excellent product can be delivered properly.

Absolutely A Kiehl's Girl Now!
I was a little worried when I bought this because of the fact that I have sensitive skin but once I received it and tried it I was very happy with the results. I have only been using this duo for about a week but I have seen the dark circles and puffiness under my eyes disappear and the serum has left my skin feeling soft, my skin tone has evened out and I have also seen some of my wrinkles disappear. I am 40 years old and my skin feels and looks better then it has in years so I am definitely a Kiehl's girl for life!

Incredible Value for INCREDIBLE Products
As with most Kiehl's products I use, I was introduced to these items as samples at two of the Kiehl's store in NYC. I instantly became a fan of both, and they are part of my daily regimen. The value here at QVC is really incredible, because I have walked out of Kiehl's stores paying right about $100 for both of these items.--the Concentrate is close to $60 and the eye cream is $41! I really couldn't believe my eyes at the price, until I paid for this duo!
The face concentrate has helped tremendously in clearing sun spots/freckles, and adds just the right amount of moisture, either alone or when used with another moisturizer. I actually started using it this past winter with my existing Kiehl's moisturizer, and used together, it is just a winning combination. It does provide a warming sensation upon application, which is perfect for cooler weather, but does not feel heavy during the hotter months. I have definitely found my year-round combo for moisture, fighting hyperpigmentation/sun spots/freckles/acne scars (A BIG PLUS!), and fighting lines. My laugh lines have all but disappeared.
The eye concentrate is a fast acting smoother and brightener. I literally grew addicted to the long-lasting sample, and couldn't wait to purchase it. Quite honestly, I use half as much concealing/brightening treatments as a result of using this product. Like the other concentrate, it helps with freckles I didn't expect to get in my early 30s, and it is a must have in my beauty cabinet.
