BEAUTIFUL JACKET IN SOFT GRAY
George Simonton's jackets should all rate 5 stars. This fabric is wonderfully soft and lovely. The jacket is lined and has pockets. The gray has complementary matte silver buttons.. But QVC alert - someone has put a clothespin in the model's back when the photo was taken distorting the look. It is a very loose boxy style and unfortunately too big for me. Sadly I had to return it. I ordered an XS. In department stores sizes I wear a size 6 (Lauren and Jones brands for example). I am hoping George Simonton's A212045 jacket in XS will fit me better. His quality in materials and workmanship and styling is superb.

The soft fabric is reminiscent of vintage rayon. The cut is flattering. A good all around piece. It does wrinkle a bit.

Lovely Jacket, beautiful color
I just received this jacket and it fits perfectly, the color vibrant without being loud and the sleeves just the right length for me! I've been wanting a red jacket for a while, but beasue I am a red head I look for the right red for me. Seeing this jacket on kate won me over. I really like the texture of this jacket and the weight. I live in Michgan and this jacket will be an all season jacket for me; a nice indoor jacket in the cooler months, and a nice outter wear jacket in the spring and summer. For me jackets are like finding a good fitting pair of jeans....I wish this were in black. The clearance price makes this an exceptional value!

My favorite summer jacket[s].
Loved this so much I bought it in white and then later in red. My daughter-in-law also bought it in white. Do not understand the negative reviews.

LOVE THIS JACKET!
Great red, comfortable material, not heavy...runs large but still flattering. I roll the cuff up and it looks very fashionable. Launders well, cold water and hang it up to dry...no problems.

Too Bad
This jacket is beautifully styled. Alas, the fabric is cheesy. It wrinkles easily and probably would have been better in a classic, basic fabric that resembles twill.

DISAPPOINTED
The quality of the jacket was very disappointing. It was immediately returned. Save your money and time if you are considering a purchase.
