LOVE THIS DRYER.......
I purchased this dryer last christmas for my daughter...She was in cosmetology school. It was a christmas present for her to use in the salon. Well...I loved it so much I would not let her take it to the salon...The dryer is great to straigthen your hair, but I love it because it does not make my hair frizz.......I would recommend this to any one...we need to order another one....Because my daughter finaly has taken it to the salon now and I am sad......I miss my T3..........

Quit working soon after purchase
I loved it while it lasted. I hit the dryer on my bathroom counter (minor tab) and it quit working. It lasted a very short time.

Worst Purchase ever
I absolutely loved this product when I received it. I have 3 daughters and myself all with long thick hair. Blow drying was a breeze however, the hairdryer burnt out after 4 months. As soon as I was finished paying, it finished working.

Love it
I love my T3 it is the best dryer I have ever owned I hope mine doesn't break but if it did I would purchase again, I have very thick coarse hair and it does a great job straightening it, I don't even need a flat iron my hair always comes out shiny and beautiful and I get lots of compliments!!!

Works well but wish it lasted longer
I bought this hairdryer 2 1/2 years ago and it quit working recently. I will probably get the T3 Luxe hairdryer, since this one is currently on backorder. I think it's a great hairdryer...super fast and very quiet, but for nearly $200 it should last longer. If you have had your hairdryer less than a yr, T3 will replace it, there is info on their website. I feel fortunate that mine lasted as long as it did, after reading these reviews!

High Price Doesn't Mean Last Forever
I was hoping that I had found a great hairdryer. I expected this dryer to last longer than ones that I had purchased at a department store. No luck. After two years of using this, it has stopped working.

High Price, Short Life
My T3 burned out after 2 years. For this price I would expect it to last longer. Loved the dryer, but at this price I think I 'll select a new company this time since it only worked a short time.

love this hairdryer but it keeps breaking
I first purchased the T-3 travel hairdryer from QVC and I love how quickly it dries my hair without drying it out like some dryers. However, after only about 4 months the dryer made a terrible noise and stopped working. It was beyond QVC's return time policy so I called T-3's customer service and they were friendly and very helpful. They mailed me a return label and I received another similar dryer in just a short time. Then that one stopped working and now I am doing the exact same procedure for the THIRD time. I use the dryer every day as it is so lightweight and doesn't hurt my shoulders as some heavier ones do. The customer service dept has always been great so I will continue to send in the warranty, four years, and with patience, will continue to use my very favorite dryer. Cannot imagine why they can't improve the technology, but that is their problem, not mine.

Stopped working after 10 months
Loved the hairdryer when it was working. However, it stopped working and burned out less than one year old. Would not recommend purchasing as hairdryers should last longer and especially for the price paid!

Best Hairdryer!
I bought this hairdryer over a year ago, and even if it stopped working today (hope not), I would buy another one. There is not another dryer on the market that is as good as this T3. I have hair below the shoulders, and it drys my hair quickly. I also have three of their brushes, and they are great as well. I would recommend this to anyone with any type of hair. People have commented that their T3 stopped working after a year or two, but hairdryers overall do not last much longer anyway. Therefore, if you factor in the four year warranty, you cannot beat it even at the high price. In today's world, time is valuable, and this hairdryer gives you extra time to do other things. Normally money cannot buy time, but it is not true with this T3 hairdryer; it absolutely buys time. It takes me less than ten minutes to dry my hair to perfection. I am almost 59, and this dryer is quite kind to my hair.
Buy it; you will not regret it. Thank you T3:>

Died after one year :0(
Loved mine also but one day after a year it just sounded like something inside broke off inside...I had no idea what to do I wish I would of called like the other person did { called the company that is } because I have natually curly hair and it tends to frezzzzz bad and this tames it very well I am thinking about buying another one....HUM....Love this dryer I bought "3" others and they just say they are IONERS etc....can't keep up....4 stars for durability????? Thanks

BEST DRYER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I ALSO PURCHASED THIS DRYER ABOUT ONE AND HALF YEARS AGO.....LOVED, LOVED... ONE DAY IT JUST DIED. I CHECKED THE WARRANTY, CALLED THE T3, AND IN LESS THAN SEVEN DAYS I HAVE A BRAND NEW HAIR DRYER. I HAVE NEVER HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THIS BEFORE. THAT TELLS ME ALOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I LOVE THIS DRYER....
