This is great! Love the matte finish, I do have oily skin at times, especially in the summer! It covers really well, without using so much... easy to apply... and I love the Kabuki brush! I ordered the Medium Beige...perfect color for me...

light is extremely fair skin
The matte minerals made my face extremely dry and the light was almost white after I applied to my face. It showed every flaw & wrinkle.

**~Oh My~**
This foundation is great, excellent, and does the job. Hides a multitude of sins, the trick is to put it on LIGHT! Don't need much...wow! Impressed I stand!

Seriously, best makeup on the planet....
Now in order for me to give something 5 stars, it must be wonderful. I never do that. It covers up ALL blemishes and yucky redness, veins, etc. FABULOUS! The cost up front--yes, a little steep but IT LASTS A LONG, LONG TIME! I bought my last one just before my wedding in May...and I still have half the container left. It's not even the full size! And I wear it nearly every day. Seriously, best bargain in town seeing as how drugstore foundation is $10 a month, plus powder and concealer and this does it ALL. The only reason why this is a little pricier is because it comes with the brush, but the brushes last a good, long time. QVC is a good place to get BM/BE because they release a lot of their limited edition/first time products here. Good for sensitive skin. The only thing I will say is for dry skin I recommend the primer and to have your skin well moisturized. LOVE THIS STUFF!

First time using this makeup
I've seen this make up for years, but this is the first time I tried it. It goes on well and it looks good too. It is just very expensive for me. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not so expensive. I bought the medium tan and I am of asian/caribbean desent. That shade works for me. I am glad I tried it, whether I buy it again, depends on the cost.

I have been addicted to bare minerals since the first time I used it . I dont like the new lid . There is always some at the bottom that you cant get out . It needs a lid that you can unscrew when you get down to the bottom. But on the flip side I continue to use it because it is THE VERY BEST FOUNDATION THAT I HAVE EVER USED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is my first review , that has to say something, after being a customer for approx. 10 years.

Love BareMinerals but Confused
I love bareMinerals foundations. I have used them off and on for several years now. I jumped on this offer and ordered my usual shade. I am disappointed because the fairy light shade I always order had a more yellowish tint to it this time. Still love the ease, feel and coverage. Just the color is off some.

like the matte finish
I loved the new matte finish on this foundation, however I had to return it as even though I bought the lightest color foundation - called fairly light - it was still to dark for my skin tone. I was really disappointed as I loved the matte finish and the way it looked but I just could not use it at this time of the year as it was still too dark for my skintone...maybe in the summer when I have more color to my face I will try it again. I widh they would come out with a truely fair color for the most porcelain of skin tones

Portable
I already love my Bare minerals, but this is so "portable." I keep it in my first floor powder room for quick touch ups during the day if I need it.

Great addition to the line!
I find the matte foundation has an even smoother looking finish on my skin than the original which was a surprise to me. I absolutely love the brush as well. No complaints what so ever with this product.

Bare Minerals is the best
What more can you say about BE???? I have been using BE for years and wouldn't dream of buying another foundation. Easy to apply and once it's on you forget you have it on, lasts all day as well.
