How do I use it: Apply long-wear cream shadow to lid. Blend using short, sweeping brush strokes. Dip tip of liner brush into long-wear gel eyeliner. Be sure to coat both sides of brush head and wipe off any excess on tissue before applying to eye. Apply liner in short, even strokes close to lash line, from inner to outer eye corners. Work quickly as product becomes transfer-resistant once dry.
