A Note from the Designer

"The lotus is one of my favorite symbols, both for its beautiful aesthetic and its abundance in symbolism. It represents the soul's potential to attain divine perfection. The lotus' journey from mud toward the rays of the sun serves as a metaphor for creation. I've depicted the lotus in many ways throughout my career, from the simplicity of my signature flower to elaborate color pavé and diamond pieces in couture.

Here both the design (an impressionistic eight-petal lotus) and the stone choices are deliberate to the symbolism. The lotus epitomizes cosmic harmony, while turquoise represents freedom, love, and compassion. Lolite is a powerful stone of creativity that opens our connection to higher planes and allows us to perceive life's beauty. Pearls denote beauty, truth, purity, and innocence. Faceted quartz crystal magnifies both the energy of the stones it's combined with as well as the energy of the wearer."
