Intensify your workout with this Pilates padded box set. The box rests on your AeroPilates Performer(TM) platform, allowing you to perform advanced workouts like the Long Box Series. It focuses on lying on the machine to target the abs. This equipment also enables you to do the Short Box Series, in which you sit on the machine with your feet hooked under the foot strap to work the abs. The pole provides a stabilizing support while performing standing exercises for inner and outer thigh.
