How do I use it: Open the jar, dip the brush in, and pick up just enough product to work with. Remember, a little goes a long way, so wipe off any excess pigment on the lip of the jar so you get a fine tip. Gently pull eyelid taut to create a flat surface and line as close to the lashes as possible. Allow product to set for three minutes and build on color from there, if desired. A thin line creates a natural-looking, eye-opening effect and gives the illusion of thicker lashes. A thicker stripe creates maximum eyeliner impact.
