How do I use it: Sweep the loose color over the lid with the brush. Glide eyeliner along the lash line, shading if desired. Place mascara brush at the base of the lash line, wiggle back and forth several times, and then shimmy through the lashes to the tips. Fan lashes up and out to separate. To remove eye makeup, saturate a cotton ball with the remover and apply to eye area, gently wiping with downward strokes.
