The tub, made from select New England pine with a maple stain finish, is bound with strong galvanized hoops. The patented triple-motion action dasher system incorporates a three-gear drive that properly mixes and beats the entire cream contents, resulting in smoother ice cream. For added durability, the heavy-duty nickel-plated cast iron dasher will not warp out of shape.
