Description

Like a relic from yesteryear, this sterling silver enhancer is intricately detailed with an openwork scroll design. Radiating from the center is a faceted, cushion-shaped gemstone that is prong set amid a border of round, bead-set diamonds. Coin edge texturing furthers the look.
