What is it: A long-wearing, waterproof "on-the-go" version of the iconic smashbox Brow Tech in a double-ended, convenient, portable retractable component.
Who is it for: Any woman with sparse, unruly, over-tweezed, or all together absent brows. This brow grooming system delivers the most believable-looking brows with little to no artistry skill level necessary.
Why is it different: The convenient retractable pencil--infused with Vitamins C and E for antioxidant protection--is angled for precision application. The formula is waterproof, so it stays on all day without budging, and is smooth enough for you to build intensity gradually without the risk of over-doing it. The gel moisturizes brow hair and keeps it in place, delivering a natural-looking sheen, and thus, the look of fuller, more youthful brows in seconds.
How do I use it: With the pencil angled slightly, use dash-like strokes to apply the pigment in the center of the brow, working first toward the widest point of your brow (the edge closest to your nose) and then finishing at the thinnest area (the tail) of the brow. Continue to work through the brow until you've achieved the desired shape and depth of color. Next, brush the gel through the entire brow to lift the brow hair.
