QVC offers a "Forgot Your PIN?" feature that enables you to obtain your PIN (Personal Identification Number) within minutes by simply entering the e-mail address that appears on your QVC customer account. If the address you provide does not match the one on your QVC customer account, you will receive a message advising you to contact the QVC Customer Service department.

If you've forgotten your PIN, a customer service representative will ask you a series of security questions and will reset your existing PIN to a new number for your shopping convenience.
