How is a product delivered?

Most orders are sent Standard Ground Shipping via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. For faster delivery of most items, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to 2nd-Day Air or Overnight Air. To upgrade your shipping, use Custom Check-Out when you place your order.

How do I know when my order will arrive?

When ordering on the Internet, you will be given an estimated delivery date as part of your Check–Out information before you submit your order. To remember the date, simply print the page or jot down the date. When ordering by phone, you will be given an estimated delivery date by the Customer Representative who takes your order.

  • Best Standard Delivery: Allow 7-10 working days from your order date for delivery. All orders will be shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
  • USPS First Class Mail: Allow 7-10 working days from your order date for delivery. All orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
  • UPS Premium: Order before noon ET on a working day and the package ships the same day. Order after noon ET and the package ships the next working day. Please allow 1 to 3 working days from the order date for delivery.
  • Priority Mail: Please allow 4 working days from the order date for delivery.
  • UPS Express: Order before noon ET on a working day and the package ships the same day. Order after noon ET and the package ships the next working day. Please allow 4 working days from the order date for delivery.
  • Perishable Food: (Example: some foods/plants/flowers) Order Monday or Tuesday, package will ship on Wednesday and delivery will be on Friday. Order Wednesday through Sunday, package will ship on Tuesday and delivery will be on Thursday.
  • Offshore Non-Priority: Used for Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam. Please allow 7-10 working days from your order date for delivery.
  • Offshore Priority: Used for Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam. Please allow 4 working days from your order date for delivery.

Can I have an item sent to another address?

Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another recipient's address.

  • When ordering on the Internet, use Standard Check-Out to type in the recipient's address.
  • When using Automated Ordering, you can only have your package sent to the billing or permanent Ship-To address.
  • When ordering through a Customer Representative, you can have your item sent to any recipient's address.

Where can I have my order shipped?

QVC ships to all 50 states, as well as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Canada. Items shipping to offshore points may be delivered via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) based upon applicable regulations and service criteria. Certain ship methods may not be available for some products or locations. Hazardous items such as perfumes, hairsprays, cleaning products, etc. can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states.

Please note that standard shipping and handling charge is also available within the contiguous 48 states. QVC customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service for information regarding their S & H charges.

Canadian customers will receive their orders through the Canadian Post. In addition, we currently cannot ship the following types of items to Canada: perishable items, food, cosmetics, items weighing over 66 pounds, or items shipping directly from the manufacturer.

How do I know my Shipping & Handling charges?

On QVC, the standard S & H charges are displayed on your television screen along with each item presented. On QVC.com, each Product Detail shows the standard S & H charges for that item. When you go through Check-Out, the S & H fees, and applicable sales tax are added, and you are provided with the order total before you submit your order. If you choose to upgrade the shipping time, you also will be told the additional S & H fee.

Please note that standard shipping and handling charge is only available within the contiguous 48 states. QVC customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service for information regarding their S & H charges.

There are a few ways in which you can save on shipping with certain items...

Apparel: When you purchase more than 1 of the same apparel item on the same order, you will save 50% on the S & H of each additional item.

What is Auto-Delivery?

Auto–Delivery is a convenient and risk–free program that allows you to enjoy the benefit of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. QVC products that are available on Auto–Delivery are clearly identified and can be easily ordered. And, after you place your order, you can conveniently customize or manage your Auto–Delivery plan(s) online or by calling Customer Service at 1–888–345–5788. There's no obligation to remain in the program and you may cancel at any time.

What is Online Auto–Delivery Management?

Online Auto–Delivery Management is a convenient tool to manage your Auto–Delivery purchases. Just click on Order Status and from there, you'll be able to change how frequently your Auto–Delivery item arrives, delay your next shipment if your going to be out of town, and change the quantity of the Auto–Delivery items you ordered. You'll also be able to change your ship–to–address and payment information. Plus, you'll be able to see when your next delivery will arrive!
