Frequently Asked Questions — Auto-Delivery

Auto-Delivery is a convenient program that allows you to enjoy the benefits of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. It's about having what you love when you want it, at a price that's guaranteed. It's about confidence, convenience, choice. You decide, QVC delivers.

How does the program work?
Place your order by phone or online for an item that's offered on Auto-Delivery. When you select Auto-Delivery, you don't need to reorder the item again. You will be billed for and will receive your first shipment promptly after payment is received. Your subsequent shipments will be billed at your original order price and will be sent on a regular shipping schedule (for example, approximately every 60 or 90 days) or on a schedule that you customize to fit your individual needs. Delivery and billing are repeated until you cancel your plan, or until you receive all of the items that are offered in a limited series from QVC.

Is there any obligation to continue in the program?
No. You may cancel your plan online or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788. You will not receive or be billed for any future shipments unless the shipment has already shipped.

How do I customize or manage my Auto-Delivery plan?

Online:
You can view, manage, and customize your plan online. Click on My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen, then select Auto-Delivery Plans to see a list of your plans or click here. To access a particular Auto-Delivery plan, click on the View/Edit Plan link.

Once your first item in an Auto-Delivery plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Some restrictions may apply for certain Auto-Delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.

1. Editing All Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to all future shipments in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the options in the Plan Details section at the top of the View/Edit Auto-Delivery Plan screen. Types of changes include:

  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for your plan using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for your Auto-Delivery plan, if applicable.
  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for your plan. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method.
  • Frequency: Select a new frequency from the options in the drop-down list. A new shipment schedule will automatically be established for all your future shipments once you confirm a frequency change. Some plans do not allow the frequency between shipments to be modified.
  • Next Shipment: If a calendar is visible, the Next Shipment date may be changed. Available dates appear in black. Gray dates cannot be selected. Use the arrows in the top corner of the calendar to switch months. Click on an available date for your next shipment and the calendar will automatically close. Some plans do not permit date changes.
  • Cancel All Future Shipments: Click on this link if you want to stop this Auto-Delivery plan. To only skip a particular shipment, use the Skip Shipment option located below. Once you have cancelled your plan, you may see the Reinstate Auto-Delivery plan option, if it is still available. Click on Reinstate Auto-Delivery plan to re-enroll in that plan.

2. Editing Individual Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to one particular future shipment in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the Edit option located in the Shipment Details section of the screen. Changes that may be made to an individual shipment include:

  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for an individual shipment. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method for an individual shipment.
  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for the individual shipment using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for that individual Auto-Delivery shipment, if applicable.
  • Ship Method: Select a new ship method using the drop-down list.
  • Skip Shipment: Click this link to cancel only a particular shipment, but still remain active in the Auto-Delivery plan.

Types of changes that can be made through Customer Service include: shipment frequency, payment method, shipping method, shipping address, billing address, order quantity, size, color, flavor, etc. You can also delay or cancel your next shipment at any time before the shipment has been sent, as well as cancel your Auto-Delivery plan. (Some restrictions may apply for certain Auto-Delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process).

What are my payment options?

You may pay by QCard® or another credit card of your choice, check or money order. If you pay by credit card, your card will be billed automatically at the time each shipment is sent to you. If you pay by check or money order, a reminder will be sent to you before each subsequent shipment is mailed. As soon as your check or money order payment is received by QVC, your next shipment will be sent to you. Simply mail your check or money order payments to:

How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price. Simply follow the return instructions on the pack slip that's included with your shipment. You may also contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788. If you choose to make two consecutive returns in your Auto-Delivery plan but still wish to remain in the program, please contact Customer Service to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, QVC will automatically cancel your Auto-Delivery plan. Please contact Customer Service before returning perishable items such as food or plants.

Can I reinstate my cancelled Auto-Delivery plan?

If available, you can reinstate certain Auto-Delivery plans at the original order price using the Reinstate Plan option visible on the Order Detail page. If you prefer, simply contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788.

Will QVC cancel my Auto-Delivery plan?

If, for any reason, QVC must discontinue or cancel your plan, you will be notified by email or USPS mail.
