Since opening in the fall of 1997, QVC Studio Park in West Chester, PA, has become a popular destination for thousands of visitors interested in seeing live television at its best. The QVC Studio Tour is a one-of-a-kind guided walking tour through the fantastic world of multimedia retailing. At this state-of-the-art broadcasting facility, guests will see and experience how QVC products are sourced, tested, brought to life on air, and delivered to millions of QVC customers. There are views into QVC's more than 58,000 square feet of studio space, including a spectacular view from the Observation Deck where guests may be able to watch QVC programs in progress and may even catch a glimpse of a favorite host or guest!

Tours are available seven days a week. Admission is only $7.50 per adult, $5 for children ages 6 to 12 years. Reservations are not necessary for parties up to nine people. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All adult tour guests are asked to bring identification.

Groups of 10 people or more require advance reservations. Group tours are available seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, every hour on the hour. For information on group visits, please call 1.800.600.9900 and press 4.

The QVC Studio Tour is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve, The Studio Store closes at 2 p.m., with the last Studio Tour starting at 1 p.m.

 

 

QVC All Access Tours

Join us for a one of a kind look into the world of QVC! You will start your day on our QVC Studio Tour to learn about the fantastic world of electronic retailing. At this state-of-the-art broadcasting facility, guests will see and experience how QVC products are sourced, tested, brought to life on air, and delivered to millions of QVC customers.

Next you will go beyond behind the scenes at QVC to see areas such as Broadcasting Design; Lighting; the Shop (where many of the QVC sets are created); the Studio Operations Desk; a Green Room; and much, much more!

After seeing where the television magic happens, you will get a chance to learn about the corporate world of QVC. You will see areas such as the QVC Library; the Travel Office; and our very own Convenience Store!

Lunch is included! You will finish your tour in our Studio Park Commissary where you will be able to choose from our daily menu.

After your meal you will be taken back to the QVC Studio Tour Lobby where you can catch up on any last minute shopping in our Studio Store which features much of your favorite on-air merchandise. Included in the ever-changing selection of products is an extensive collection of jewelry, gourmet items, and authentic QVC Studio Park logo gear.

The QVC All Access Tour is available most Fridays from 9:00AM to 12:30PM and the cost is $75.00 per person.

Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible for this tour. Guests must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and must be able to walk up and down stairs.

Tour groups are limited and need at least 2 people on the day; reservations are subject to cancellation. Tour guests, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Please note that stops on the "behind the scenes" part of the tour are based on available sets and areas. Not every tour may see all stops.

All guests are required to bring identification. Guests must go through a security search before gaining access to the studio, including a metal detector and bag search.
