Jill Bauer

Jill Bauer joined QVC as a program host in 1993. In this position, Jill presents product information, conducts demonstrations, and interacts with on–air guests, celebrities, and viewers. Her versatility has enabled her to host shows featuring a wide variety of products sports, cooking, fashion, home, and jewelry.

You're Home With Jill, Jill's popular program on QVC, welcomes viewers into the QVC home with a different theme each time. Her show includes creative decorating ideas, easy crafting projects, gracious entertaining suggestions, and delicious dishes from the kitchen.

Additionally, Jill's expertise in home and garden landed her a story in Nesting: It's a Chick Thing, an inspirational home and garden book.

Prior to joining QVC, Jill was an anchor/reporter for the CBS–affiliate WLFI-TV in Lafayette, IN, where she won a Vanguard Award from Women in Communications, Inc. for a profile she did on a female prosecutor. Jill also trained at a local television station in Los Angeles, KTOA–TV, and then NBC–affiliate KOMU–TV in Columbia, MO.

Jill received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. She is a member of Sigma Delta Chi, a professional journalism society and remains active in alumni groups for both her college and her sorority.
