Wintergreen Is Awesome!
I am so surprised at the negative reviews about Philosophy's Wondrous Wintergreen. The smell is great and it's wonderful for dry skin, especially during the cold weather. My family and I are ordering two sets at a time because we are afraid it won't be made anymore once Spring comes around. The lotion was a cool feel when you apply it and then is so moisturizing. Please bring back next year and make into a bigger size if possible.

Its not bad!
I actually like it, It is like winter green gum or toothpaste with a smidge of citrus.(Reminds me of chewing gum the most.) Cooling like candy cane is, its also light not overwhelming.I can really see a man enjoying this maybe more then the ladies.Dont go by the reviews, try it yourself. Everyones different.

I gifted both of these and felt they were fine. Granted, I didn't open it but I love all Philo scents so I am banking these are ok for a small gift.

Not a scent I expected but it's also not bad
If you are expecting a pure wintergreen scent, this is not it...however it is a minty-ish smell mixed with something fruity....almost a citrus maybe? I'm not opposed to it but I probably wouldn't get it again. I just got the gingerbread man scent and I love that one.

Winter Green
I was pleasantly surprised that this did not smell sweet like the Wintergreen mint as I do not like smelling like food. It is more like an outdoor, crisp, clean Winter evergreen smell with a hint of eucalyptus to begin with. After a few minutes it turns very soft and light. Not strong and overpowering. I find it has very refreshing and uplifting clean smell. A good choice for men and women that love the outdoors and nature.

NOT WINTERGREEN!
My one of my top favorite scents - wintergreen! I ordered early through INSIDER. So disappointed in this scent. Nothing like (or close) wintergreen. Passed both scrub and creem to my nail tech to use with her customers that might like a "mystery" scent or just don't care! Not for me.

I truly look forward to any new bath / shower gel. I must have close 25 and I luv them all. But i completely & totally agree w/all of the other reviews. It smells awful. I couldn't even give it away...If I had to describe the scent Pine Sol.

So Disappointed!
I've never met a Philosophy Fragrance that I did not like, until now. I was really looking forward to receiving this, as Wintergreen is one of my favorite flavors/scents. Yuk! It was Awful! I ordered several products with this scent & they all must go back! I agree that something is Terribly wrong with this Wintergreen line! So Bummed!!

Not even close...what a waste
Overall, I love Philosophy products. Their scents are so wonderful and I literally look for new bath/lotion sets to buy. Since I currently have about 15 different body washes on hand, I know something is wrong with this set. The scent is unrecognized by anybody I've had smell it. The only way I can describe it is like this. You know the cheap soaps that hotels leave in the bathroom? Nobody REALLY wants to use them but, sometimes...it just happens and you want the scent of the cheap soap to just go away. That how I felt when I opened the body wash and the lotion. Neither smells like anything even close to wintergreen or mint. I am returning the set and marking it as damaged because something is obviously wrong with it.

Absolutely NO wintergreen or mint scent....smells like old soap....first time I have ever been so disapointed in a philosophy item
