A170207 - philosophy time on your hands exfoliating hand/cuticle cream
It's OK. Smell is a little odd but not horrible. It leaves an uncomfortable residue on your hands. Not quite sticky but dufficult to describe. Not the best hydration. It's just OK. Not bad but not good either.
My hands are very sun damagd and leather feeling. This has made my hands so soft with just one use. It has not helped my sun spots but it makes your hands sooooo soft! It has a little bit of a strange smell though but I will continue using it.
This is an older product...I bought it several years ago to strictly help my cuticles....it REALLY did that......but now I have removed acrylic nails after some time and needed tremendous help for dry, brittle nails AND cuticles, and just rougher looking hands than I had seen in years. You have to be consistant with it, but just after a few nights, the days or should I say the hands are looking much smoother and are much softer and my nails are looking better also. It does exfoliate ladies and men, so yes, there is a very faint medicinal odor that dissipates very quickly.....I have asthma and scents........good and bad keep me from being able to use some wonderful products, but not this one!!! I just wish that they would change the delivery system to a pump type container, but i will buy this as long as they make it.........worth every penny!!!!
This is really a good hand cream. My hands hurt from washing so much and this does help.
This is the best handcream I have ever used and it seems I have tried them all. I have a lot of problems in the winter with my hands cracking and dry cuticles. Almost immediately I noticed a difference when I started using this cream. My hands are much softer. I am only giving it 4 stars because of the smell - very medicinal. For this reason, I use it only at night before I go to bed. Worth the price.
Wonderful Hand Cream
I was hesitant to purchase this given some of the reviews regarding the fragrance. I don't have a problem with it--it reminds me of roses. It leaves my hands soft and has diminished some of the crepe-look lines I have on the backs of my hands. I recently removed my acrylic nails and this has also helped with my thin, brittle nails and jagged cuticles. It's kind of pricey for a hand cream, but I will continue to purchase it!
I have been using this for about two weeks now and it has really helped my poor winter bitten hands. My nails have stopped breaking and peeling and I love to rub my hands together now because they are so soft. I did not have any problem with the smell. This stuff is is for healing so don't expect it to be overly perfumed. I recommend this product to all of my firends.
i'm loving this hand cream;and yes it does have an odor, but its a treatment cream ,not a fru-fru cream.anything with treatment properties(ex:protein hair creams smell)because of the special ingredients.i have it by my bed and its the last thing i put on,and the odor goes away soon;and its so worth the results i'm seeing.i'm 48 and a sun worshiper so i'm trying to ward off age spots, and this is making my hands look younger already(only used for 2 weeks).
This didn't work any miracles for me. It was performed well as an average hand lotion. I had no problem with the smell.
Despite Smell I LOVE THIS !
This product does what it says it will do! The smell is the acid which does its job of exfoliating. In just two days of using it I had REMARKABLE difference on my hands and my cuticles. I put it on before going to bed so it can work overnight. Next morning, I wash using soap and my hands are smooth. Also I use it during the day if my hands wont be in water for a couple of hours anyway. But in between, after exfoliating, use your regular hand cream if the smell is too much. I seem to forget the smell after awhile. I will continue to use this !!
Works great but not such a good smell
I was a little iffy when I read the reviews on this product that everyone complained at how bad the smell was but i decided to try it anyway because my hands are always so dry and peal. I will first say yes it has a bad smell, but I don't think it's as bad as some reviewers have said, second it does what is says it does. My hands feel soft and my cuticles are starting to look better. If you can get past the smell than this hand cream is awesome.
I can't stand the smell. Would not recommend to anyone
