Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE LOVE LOVE Falling In Love This has been my number 2 favorite fragrance for years. Philosophy Amazing Grace has been #1. Clean scent. Smells like a combination of sheets dried outside in the sunshine and cotton candy. LOL Very feminine and subtle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally in love! I am new to philosophy, and first tried the purity face cleanse, and when that worked so wonderfully, I decided to try a scent! I absolutely love perfume and the description of falling in love sounded lovely! When I received the perfume, oh my goodness, I literally fell in love! Falling in love smells so good! It surpassed all expectations! Please keep this fragrance forever! I swap back and forth between it and a different brand, but literally when I come back to it I do not want to change again! Thank you so much!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fruity Beauty When you smell the Grace fragrances, you get clean, fresh scents. With the Love scents, like Falling In Love, you get clean, fruity but not overwhelming at all. It's also very clean, hints of blackberries, it's a very romantic scent. Men gravitate towards it. It smells so lovely on everyone, my oldest daughter adores it and it's the only perfume she will wear! I love layering the fragrances, using the shower gel, then the lotion to lock in moisture and add scent, then use a couple spritzes of the fragrance to top it off. If you like blackberry/vanilla/clean scents, you'll love Falling In Love :) Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My all time favorite I have loved this fragrance from day one. Get compliments every time I wear it, everywhere I go. This and Amazing Grace never disappoint. Hours after putting it on someone always comments about how good I smell. I have bought everything...shower gel, body oil, lotion and the bath gel of each. If ever I can't get it again, it will be a sad day because nothing smells as good as this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It has changed! I read a recent review claiming that the rep for Philosophy says it hasn't changed. That perhaps we had the edt instead of the edp, and that is why it smells so weak. I have never in my life heard of a perfume smelling weaker than a toilette...That being said, I ordered this from QVC several years ago and it was lovely. I just ordered it and it smells like nothing....perhaps slightly vanilla. I get no blackberries at all. The one from before was strong with the blackberries. I do know that this line was bought by Coty, so I don't see how the Philosophy rep could say it was exactly the same. Back it goes....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What I Think Of Our Beloved Scent This scent is my personal favorite scent. I fell in love with it a few years ago but haven't had it to wear for a while. So I came here because I wanted to order more. But to my surprise & disapointment, I saw & read mannnny negative reviews. In a nut shell, people are saying that all of Philosophy's perfumes are different since they were bought by a new company. They say that the perfumes have a strong alcohol smell & that the scent lasts no longer than 5 minutes. So before ordering more, I wrote to Heidi ( the Philosophy QVC rep you see on air) She quickly got back to me ensuring me that nothing has changed at all & she doesn't know why people are saying this. Her only explanation is that people may have previously used the toilette & are now using the perfume which is weaker smelling than the toilette & therefore are just thinking it doesn't last as long as before. ( or vice Vera's, I can't remember which one she said is more powerful) I also read in one review that someone suggested that Dior Hypnotic Poison smelled similar to "Falling in Love" & had great staying power. So she suggested it as a substitute to the now "different" & "disappointing" Falling in Love. I decided to figure all of this out for myself by gong to a local store that sells both Dior & Philosophy perfumes. As far as Dior, although it smelled pretty good, I didn't find that it smelled all that similar to Falling in Love. I smelled the 'try me' tester bottle of "Falling in Love" & thought it smelled the same as I remembered. The scent lasted more than 5 minutes but all in all, the staying power of the scent is pretty weak. But I've always thought that the staying power was weak (even years ago). I was able to try "Unconditional Love" for the first time, as well as "Love Swept", and "Fresh Cream". I liked all of the scents ( Falling in Love is still my favorite though). But I found that "Unconditional Love" smelled similar to "Falling in Love" & it seemed to have much better staying power than" Falling in Love". "Love Swept" had the best staying power of all of them. I sprayed a few sprays on my skin around 4pm & could still smell it the next morning. I thought "Fresh Cream" smelled good but like "Falling in Love", it didn't have good staying power. But it was a little better than "Falling in Love". My suggestion is instead of just writing off Philosophy completely because of all the bad reviews, go to go a local store that carries Philosophy & decide for yourself. I personally think that I will try wearing "Unconditonal Love" because it smells like Falling in Love but seems to last longer. Or I might just buy the "Falling in Love" spray because it's less expensive & probably has the same scent & lasting power as the more expensive perfume. The lasting power may still be bad but I'll still smell like "Fallung in Love" & I'll save some money. I wish I liked "Love Swept" as much as "Falling in Love" because it did last. I liked it a lot, just not as much as "Falling in Love". I don't know how it would be possible but maybe the Philosophy perfumes from QVC are the only products with the issue. You could always order from QVC & see for yourself because they have a 30 day money back guarantee if you don't like it. I give the scent itself 5 stars. But I gave it 3 here because of the possibility that it smells different now & may not last. Sorry that this review is so long but I was trying to help others like me who are on the fence now because of the over whelming negative reviews. So I hope this helped someone out.
