What is it: A revolutionary microdelivery peel that provides a complete skin makeover in just three minutes. And with this convenient Auto-Delivery program, you can keep your complexion glowing. A new shipment arrives every six months for two years.

Who is it for: All skin types.

Why is it different: An exfoliation aficionado's dream come true, the two-phase, in-home peel exfoliates while delivering peptides and vitamin C to the skin. It resurfaces and replenishes the skin at the same time, which is a new approach to skin rejuvenation. With regular use, the microdelivery peel helps brighten the skin, improve skin firmness and elasticity, and promotes clear, smooth, healthy-looking skin.

How do I use it: Apply vitamin C crystals to a clean, dry face. Gently massage the crystals for 30 to 60 seconds using circular motions, then leave them on the skin for one to three minutes. Apply a thin layer of activator gel over the crystals, causing a warming sensation and foam to appear. Leave on for one minute and then rinse.

Important Details

If you take advantage of both Auto-Delivery and Easy Pay™, it is possible that more than one Easy Pay installment could be due in the same month. For example, if your Auto-Delivery plan ships every three months and you select 4 Easy Pay installments, you would pay the fourth installment of your first shipment in the same month you pay the first installment of your second shipment.

About Auto-Delivery

Auto-Delivery is a convenient program that allows you to enjoy the benefits of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. It's about having what you love when you want it, at a price that's guaranteed. It's about confidence, convenience, choice. You decide, QVC delivers.

How does Auto-Delivery work?
Place your order by phone or online and choose Auto-Delivery, when offered. You will be billed for and will receive your first shipment promptly after payment is received. Then, subsequent shipments will be billed at your original order price and sent on a regular shipping schedule (for example, approximately every 60 or 90 days). Items may also be shipped on a designated, set schedule for seasonal or specially designed plans, such as holiday candles or themed jewelry, sent four times in a 12-month plan. Delivery and billing will be repeated until you cancel your plan, receive all items offered in a limited series, or if the plan must be discontinued.

Are all the Auto-Delivery plans the same?
No, we have different types of plans for certain products. Items like vitamin supplements and hair care products have Replenishable plans, where every shipment includes the same product and ships on a regular schedule, such as every 90 days.

We also have Series plans, which have a designated end date and may contain a set number of shipments. For example, sending one wreath every season, for a total of four wreaths.

Is there any obligation to continue in the program?
No. You may cancel at any time either online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Once you cancel, you won't receive, or be billed for, any future shipments unless the shipment has already shipped.

How do I make changes to my Auto-Delivery plan or future shipments?
Your Auto-Delivery plan can be customized by going online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Changes will be applied to all future shipments, or to selected shipments, as applicable for the plan.

If you opt to manage your plan online, you'll easily be able to change information like payment or shipping method, address, order quantity, size, color, flavor, etc. You can also delay or accelerate your next shipment, make adjustments to certain shipment release dates, or cancel your plan. Just click on My Account at the top of your screen on QVC.com, and then select Auto-Delivery Plans. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444.

Please note: Some restrictions may apply for certain types of Auto-Delivery plans, shipments, and certain stages in the shipping process.

What are my payment options?
You're able to pay by QCard®, credit card of your choice, check, or money order. If you pay by credit card, your card will be billed automatically on the date the item ships. If you pay by check or money order, you'll receive a reminder before each subsequent shipment is mailed. As soon as QVC receives your payment, your next shipment will be sent. Simply mail check or money order payments to:

How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange (if available) or refund of the purchase price. Follow the return instructions on the pack slip, included with your shipment. Or look at our Returns FAQs Guide.

If you choose to make two consecutive returns in your Auto-Delivery plan, but would still like to remain in the program, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, QVC will automatically cancel your plan.

Can I restart my cancelled Auto-Delivery plan?
If available, you can restart certain Auto-Delivery plans at the original order price. Be sure to contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 for more information.

Will QVC cancel my Auto-Delivery plan?
QVC strives to deliver your favorite products to you as long as you remain enrolled in your auto-delivery plan. QVC reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your auto-delivery plan for any reason. Some reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to, unavailability of inventory, lack of payment for two consecutive scheduled shipments, customer account closure, etc. If for any reason QVC must discontinue or cancel your plan, you'll be notified by email or USPS mail. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

How do I customize or manage my Auto-Delivery plan?

Online:
You can view, manage, and customize your plan online. Click on My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen, then select Auto-Delivery Plans to see a list of your plans or click here. To access a particular Auto-Delivery plan, click on the View/Edit Plan link.

Once your first item in an Auto-Delivery plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Some restrictions may apply for certain Auto-Delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.

1. Editing All Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to all future shipments in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the options in the Plan Details section at the top of the View/Edit Auto-Delivery Plan screen. Types of changes include:

  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for your plan using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for your Auto-Delivery plan, if applicable.
  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for your plan. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method.
  • Frequency: Select a new frequency from the options in the drop-down list. A new shipment schedule will automatically be established for all your future shipments once you confirm a frequency change. Some plans do not allow the frequency between shipments to be modified.
  • Next Shipment: If a calendar is visible, the Next Shipment date may be changed. Available dates appear in black. Gray dates cannot be selected. Use the arrows in the top corner of the calendar to switch months. Click on an available date for your next shipment and the calendar will automatically close. Some plans do not permit date changes.
  • Cancel All Future Shipments: Click on this link if you want to stop this Auto-Delivery plan. To only skip a particular shipment, use the Skip Shipment option located below. Once you have cancelled your plan, you may see the Reinstate Auto-Delivery Plan option, if it is still available. Click on Reinstate Auto-Delivery plan to re-enroll in that plan.

2. Editing Individual Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to one particular future shipment in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the Edit option located in the Shipment Details section of the screen. Changes that may be made to an individual shipment include:

  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for an individual shipment. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method for an individual shipment.
  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for the individual shipment using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for that individual Auto-Delivery shipment, if applicable.
  • Ship Method: Select a new ship method using the drop-down list.
  • Skip Shipment: Click this link to cancel only a particular shipment, but still remain active in the Auto-Delivery plan.

If you need to make additional changes in the future, you may do so at any time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous Results I have been using this for some time, but was ecstatic when I joined QVC nearly a year ago and saw what tremendous prices were available as well as easy pays. This vitamin C peel gives a beautiful glow to the skin and I use it faithfully once a week in the shower. This radiance continues to last for the entire week until the product is again used. It works wonders on visible pores and gives the skin a pristine, glowing look. I know that Philosophy and many other major cosmetic brands have introduced new peels and masks, but this one is unconditionally the very best. I am a true Philosophy girl and have never been disappointed in any of their products. I am so pleased that QVC has a huge variety of Philosophy items, many of which are exclusive. I know I will not use this regularly because of this. Also it is pricey. I prefer the Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel that is a no-grit peel. 06-08-16

Exactly one week later, before I even used it again, my coworker asked me if I had a facial! I thought what I was seeing on my face was wishful thinking! I told him what I used and he bought some! I have never sent in a review before and I buy a lot from QVC, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! If I could afford to I would buy it for everyone I know. By the way, I am closer to senior citizen so I am seeing this on older skin. This is worth every penny. 05-26-16

Rated 5 out of 5 by This is BEST Peel Ever Really this is the best peel ever. It makes your skin extremely smooth and soft after only one use. It's not harsh and it’s very good for sensitive skin. I left it on for about 10-minutes (b/c I do NOT have sensitive skin) and I did a little house work, then rinsed it off and my face was smooth like "silk" really I am not exaggerating just like "silk". It's been 7-days and my face is still very very smooth. The texture of my skin changed w/ only one application. I can’t believe it. I thought I could only love the Philosophy Enzyme Peel (I also leave the “enzyme peel” on for 10-mins) b/c it gives a deep down cleaning, but this “C peel” just changed the texture of your skin w/ one use. Both peels are fabulous and very different and I cannot say which is better b/c they both do different things. The “enzyme peel” gets deep into the pores and clean, but this “C peel” cleans the surface and then changes your skin to feeling like a 6-month old baby’s skin (I am NOT exaggerating the actual texture of the skin changes). Now, for me all this happened when I left the peels on for 10-mins (again I do NOT have sensitive skin). Neither peel was harsh or burned. I felt comfortable using both peels. I plan on alternating between the two - I will use one peel and then 6-days later I will use the other. Actually, I bought both peels at the same time, but I tried the “Enzyme Peel” first and after using that one I thought I have found “my peel” and I did not need this “C peel” (which I have on auto delivery). Before I would cancel the auto-delivery, I decided to just try this C peel, and "wow" I am definitely going to keep my auto delivery this “C peel” is great too. I am trying to bring my makeup free optional skin back. I was having imbalance hormones and began to have hormonal adult acne and blemishes on my face. Philosophy was my hope of getting great skin back. So far, it's working beautifully. I am almost there. Thank you Philosophy. P.S. I almost forgot here is a little reminder the secret to the “enzyme peel” is to constantly rub the peel on your skin to re-active the peel especially on your blemishes – (if it dry out a bit during your 10-mins, just add a few drops of water on your face to re-active it and rub it some more on your blemishes. With this “c peel” you do not need to rub it as much, it works once you mix it evenly on you face just let it sit about 10-mins. If you have to pick just one, try this “C peel” only b/c it has the most dramatic change it changes the texture of your skin as well as gets your face clean . Hope this helps. I’ve had many professional peels (which are $130 per peel) and this peel is actually better b/c my skin never gets red, dry, or flaky. Believe me, you will thank me later. 05-19-16

I've never used any other product that makes my skin feel as soft, smooth & revived as this product. It truly does get all the dead skin off.
