Description
purity made simple pore extractor clay mask is inspired by philosophy's number-one cleanser, purity made simple. The mask--featuring white clay, salicylic acid, and exfoliants--helps draw out impurities, helps scrub away blackheads, and helps reduce the look of pores.

In a consumer survey, after one use:

-98% of women agreed skin looks and feels fresh
-93% of women agreed this helps unclog pores of dirt and impurities

How do I use it: Gently massage onto clean, dry skin. Leave on skin for five to 10 minutes (until clay is completely dry). Rinse with warm water.

From philosophy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing Based on the TV presentation, I thought this would be a solution to the chronic blackheads on my nose. I've never been able to get rid of them. I was so excited to receive this product; but it did very little if anything for me. I'm glad others have had a positive experience. However, if you have oily skin & deep blackheads like myself, don't buy it. At $31 it's a waste of money & not worth paying to return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful!" I have only used this twice but already see a difference. My pores are smaller and textures smoother. Another great philosophy product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm A Believer I tried quite a few things before for pores and blackheads and I never saw a difference until this one. I don't wear makeup and I workout and sweat so I do get blackheads on my nose. I used this once and ALL of the blackheads are gone! I actually looked in the mirror while I had the mask on and saw the blackheads kinda popping out! 100% I saw this with my own eyes and I can say for me, this works! I'm on QVC to order another tube. Perfection

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't Work for Me I'm 64 and have really good skin, but large pores and some blackheads on my nose. Makeup covers that all but I had hoped this would reduce my pores and it hasn't at all. I've been using it for a couple monnths.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overpriced First let me say, I am not a huge Philosophy fan. I think they are overpriced and there are other products on the market that do a better job for less. This product is good, but overpriced in my opinion and it does tend to dry my skin out pretty bad. I only use it on my nose and chin which is where I have the biggest pore problem. For my money I would just stay with Irish Mud Mask from Peter Thomas Roth, not cheap, but it goes a long ways.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for my breakouts I really like this product a lot. It is great for breakouts and exfoliating. If I have a trouble area on my face, I will spot treat with the mask and notice a difference by the next day. My husband will even use it on his breakouts! I also see a difference in my skin texture with less flakey skin. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I haven't noticed a huge difference in my pore size like I was hoping after hearing the product claims, but it may just be me. Still though, a really solid mask treatment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like a medical treatment I was expecting a clay mask but this is more of a treatment product. It has salicylic acid and it definitely reduces problem clogged pores. I saw a definite difference. I would only use for max 10 minutes as a targeted treatment. You can apply , exfoliate the area with it and leave it on - it dries- very quickly- I think it's a good product. I would use 2x a week as needed. For an all over clay mask I would use something milder however.
