The dispenser kind of puts out too much product but other than that seems ok

As others, I was excited to try this product. It goes on smoothly and does not irritate my very sensitive skin, however, after several weeks of use, I have noticed no change in lines, crepiness, or moisture. I will not be reordering this product and will continue my search for good eye creams.

I've used this for several months and I see no improvement in the crepiness under my eyes. I definitely noticed clumping when using it in the morning under makeup. Another broken promise:(

Just another entry into the long line of eye care products ( from all companies) that do not deliver. Does nothing and is way over priced.

Used the full container and part of the next one. Nothing different at all about the eye appearance. In fact, I think that the Eye Hope cream by Philosophy seems to work better. Very expensive for a product that does not live up to the expectations put forth on the air.

I used a past eye product from Philosophy & loved it. Of course, they discontinued it. And this product.... Well, I'm not loving it. My biggest issue with this is that no matter how careful you are when pressing down, lots of product comes out. Many other customers have commented on this as well, so hopefully they fix it.

The GOOD: The product for the lid is OK. The BAD: The product for the under eye dries me out – I have to use the “hope in a tube" or another product (which works much better that I got from another shopping network) to counter balance the dryness after applying this product. The UGLY: Dispenser is very poorly designed. Impossible to just squeeze out the needed amount. Whenever I push down on the dispenser (either side), too much comes out and I've tried being extremely careful when pushing. SUGGESTION: Put the product in a squeezable tube where it is much easier to control the delivery/dispensing; two tubes is much preferred over too much product being dispensed which goes to waste. When this product is empty from it's dispenser, I will be going back using "hope in a tube" in the half ounce tube because it is much easier to dispense and works much better for me in moisturization. I would recommend this product for those ladies who have an extremely hard time getting your lids moisturized.

Zero effects for starters. No difference in crepiness whatsover. Dispenser poorly designed. Impossible to just squeeze out the needed amount resulting in whipping through it twice as fast as needed. The turnover dispenser will eventually result in not being able to pump out the last of it and no way to open it to get to the last of it. Don't waste your money.
